Horrible service came with my grandmothera she had her nails yanked right off of her she asked for a fill in and instead she took the whole nail off and charged for the whole nail all over again I feel like they take advantage of older people and are money hungry I don't like the vibe I feel hated the whole time getting my nails done because I did not get what they wanted to do on me Read Less

This place is a rip off. My girlfriend went in to get a pedicure. When she asked the price they told her $20, but then tells me they charged her $25. When I looked at her receipt. They had added a $5 tip on their behalf without her consent. This is wrong business ethics and they think they can get away with this. Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off!! I came here a few times to give them a chance. The last time will be my last. They are very sloppy doing nails. I went to a new place and they had to lift the acrylic off all my nails as they were already lifting off, I have never had that problem anywhere. I will not recommend this salon to anyone. We used to come here regularly before they sold the place and the new owners are terrible! I came in for a quick manicure with regular polish, the girl doing my nails insisted that I get the gel polish she said it was only 5 dollars more I said okay. As she was filing my nails I read the price list on the wall and realized it was actually $15 more I asked her about it and she said the color that I chose was $15 more I told her no thank you. She then started speaking in her native language with the owner, the owner proceeded to come up to me and hassle me about getting the gel which I didn't even want. This place is under new owners and it is HORRIBLE, stay as far away as possible! I give my experience zero stars.  I went in to get a gel manicure and pedicure and was given about 20 wheels of nail colors to choose from. I asked which colors they had that had matching gel and regular polish. The female owner told me they had matching polish for ALL of them. I was then rushed to a chair for my pedicure where she plopped all of the wheels in my lap and started wrapping my fingers in foil with acetone to remove the gel I had on my nails.  I chose a color and when she came over I told her which one. She informed me they didn't have that color anymore. So I finally came up with a second choice, well they didn't have a matching color for that one.  After this continued for about 5 colors and the owner was NOT being nice to me, as if it was my fault, I asked them to remove the foil from my nails and just do clear on my toes.  This cost me $23 and when I went to pay I told both owners that they shouldn't lie to their customers and I had been going there for years when Sandy owned the place.  The male owner said we didn't lie to you and that it wasn't their fault  they run out of colors.  Needless to say,  I will NEVER go there again. Zero. Stars. We took my dad to this awful place assuming that they would give him at least the same quality care they gave my mom. We expected, for his 60th birthday, that they would distract him with a foot massage while we prepared the rest of the evening. Instead, they clipped his nails PAST the quick, THEN filed them, then used the pumice on the TOP of his knuckles, aired out the hot towel til it was cold before wiping his feet, didn't give him a massage, and gave a one-swipe gloss over that left half of his nails unpainted. Oh, and then asked for a tip. When a client has to figure out how to stop the bleeding after a pedicure, it's safe to say that it has been done wrong. We are SO incredibly irate. Poor guy is not accustomed to pedicures and assumed that the "professionals" should know what they are doing. Do not. Ever. Go here. Ever. If you MUST bloodlet your feet, at least have FUN doing it.
