Was looking for a new nail place and decided to try Luxe because of the generally good reviews they had. My first impression was that it was very small and cramped - but was willing to try it anyway. Called ahead to see if an appointment was necessary for nexgen and they said no, not at all - walk ins are always welcome. I arrived and told it would be at least 15 mins, which was fine. I looked around and saw several workers sitting around on their phones doing nothing while other people who got there after me were being helped. After about 40 mins I asked about how much longer because I had plans after and was told another 30 minutes - which they probably wouldn’t have told me unless I said something. Very annoying. Don’t advertise walk-ins are welcome if you do not plan on honoring that. Read Less

After trying three other nail salons in the area and being extremely disappointed I saw the reviews for Luxe and figured I would give it a try. I have found my new nail salon. Bob did my pedicure and gel manicure and he was so good. He paid such close attention to detail and my nails came out absolutely perfectly. I am so happy. Read Less

Nhi is amazing. Super nice, cute small nail shop. She made sure my nails were exactly how I like them. They look perfect and I'm super picky. I found my new nail lady. She said they guarantee the nails for two weeks! If anything is wrong they will fix it for free. Pretty good value! Good prices.  Checked in on yelp and got $5 off. This is a very late post - I started it after my last appointment, shortly after that I started staying in Davie with my boyfriend.  SEPT - Jami was awesome - great gel mani - pedi and a relaxing experience.  It was nice to go somewhere that people were not conversing non stop in a foreign language - it's that awkward feeling of "are they talking about me" ???? After a year of carefully growing out my nails and tending to them, I wanted to treat myself to a salon mani/pedi. As much as I enjoy doing my own nails, after a few days they chip and this happens even when I get a gel mani. So frustrating, but apparently I'm one of the few they don't last for. Oh well! I read about NexGen nail powder and decided to give it a try. I asked Kim about it and described the issues I had in the past with gel nail polish. She explained a few people do have that issue, due to 'oily nails' and that NexGen would work. She also explained that it would also be far easier to remove as there is no scraping involved and so its less damaging. Great, since I took time to grow out my natural nails! Kim took her time and gave me a great pedicure (the Sport version offers callous removal and an extra 10 min of massage and scrubs). She then applied my NexGen nail polish in an unforgiving metallic black for Halloween. They came out great! After nearly 3 weeks they still held up with no chipping or tip wear. Removal was a simple soak, just like for gels, but they just WIPE off! How fantastic! No scraping or damaging your nail bed. Service is friendly and relaxed and nearly every client that came in wanted powder gel so it must be popular. Prices are fair, but not the cheapest in town. That being said - they do a great job, are very clean and their work lasts. You get what you pay for! Check them out, but I do recommend making an appointment as they are small and consistently busy. 2 stars because it was clean and they were friendly. But I was. It happy with the results. Right before she started painting my nails, they weren't even at all. I had to ask her to file them again because they were all crooked and uneven. I got the upgraded pedicure that come with the massage but all she really did was rub my foot a little bit. Great shop! I've been a couple of times now and had several different technicians. Lyanne and Van both are great with fill ins, and their pedicures are awesome. Lots of color options to choose from and they offer a lot of services. The shop is small and usually busy on the weekend, but they were fitting people in with walk ins the whole time I was there. They are not a chain, so be careful as there is another luxe that is not related to them that may come up in your search that is not as good. This is the one in Pompano. I'm now a regular! Read Less

I got SNS pink and whites. They look beautiful and she was so sweet caring and took her time make sure they looked perfect. They guarantee that you'll leave happy. I went to a different nail salon the day before (L.S. nails) it was the worse experience I have ever had. So with my engagement pictures the next morning I was very upset. Luckily Can at LUXE nail salon was able to fix there mess they nail out of my nails and since I was out my hard earned money from the horrible other place he did it for almost nothing. I came yesterday with my brother to get manicures and a pedicure together. I had Lyanne and saw how popular this place is wth the NextGen nails. I wanted to try it so bad but we were super strapped for time. :( Next time I will though!! Lyanne was super meticulous and careful with my nails. She shaped them sooo beautifully and the paint is placed perfectly on each nail bed. I also ended up having to do a lot of hand work yesterday (scrubbing and cleaning etc) and I don't have a single chip! (I know it's only been a day but usually I end up messing them up by now).The pedicure itself was relaxing and she was able to get rid of my painful cuticles with as little pain inflicted as possible.Definitely come here! Their prices are pretty standard for nails and their salon is a good size but they're supposed to be expanding soon. Read Less

I've had my nails done at Luxe twice so far. During my first visit, I noticed that the shop is very small and very busy. This was on a weekday afternoon, but they got me started on my nails on time with my appointment. I got the Nexgen dip and they came out beautifully. They lasted me a good two and a half weeks. During my visit, I was not offered anything to drink, so I figured they didn't have anything. The cost of Nexgen is $40.My second visit was about the same, but I had the old nails soaked off, and got a regular manicure. I was hoping it would only cost me like $10-$15 but it ended up being $25. It's typically $20, but they charged $5 to soak the nails off. It was a really quick nail service with barely any hand massage. Three days later, the nails were already peeling off. Manicures that last 3 days are not worth $20. Again, I wasn't offered any drinks but noticed that someone else had some water, so I requested a bottle and found out later from my mom that they have wine as well. The cost is really high here in comparison to a lot of other places. They are nice, but if they are charging so much, I would hope they would at least offer me a beverage. If you want really well done Nexgen dip nails, this place is great at it if you're willing to pay $40 + tip every two weeks. They have a loyalty card, so make sure you get that filled out every visit to eventually receive a free pedicure. Read Less
