Been going here for a few months. Started off good then the last 2 times horrible. Gel peels off after 1 week, and nails break. Last time my nails was left lumpy. 1 person doing nails and 5 people for pedicure so u wait 2 hours to get your nails done...never going here again. Read Less

I had to ask for disinfectant tablet to be added to my foot bath. This should be routine sanitation practice. I was just given plain water until I asked and when I did ask, my tech spoke no English. Another tech had to intervene. Non English speaking persons should not be providing this type of procedure in which proper sanitation in crucial. I wonder if this was a licensed technician as required by the State of Florida. Many people performing pedicures in Florida are not licensed and these salons need frequent inspection. Read Less

I’ve been going here since 2009 and I’ve never been disappointed. The establishment is always clean, well-ventilated, air conditioned and the wait has never been long. I have been to two different nail shops across the way which are always packed but I don’t think they’re as organized. I get in and I get out here. They take they’re time to provide me with the services I ask for in a timely-fashion and I’m always satisfied. I also appreciate the atmosphere. I’m not a fan of loud, ignorant customers and this location is convenient, accessible, well-lit, has great parking, reasonable prices and it’s not overcrowded. I will always be a customer. The staff are welcoming, they always turn the massage chair on for me, adjust my chair and assist me out of the chair so I don’t ruin my polish. In a sense they wait on me hand and foot (no pun intended). No matter where else I go for specialties I always come back to Happy Nails for their overall 5-star service. They only thing that’s missing from this experience is tea (all smiles). Read Less

Horrible experience here. They do only good pedicures. They are NOT sanitary. My reaal nails turned green. Always want a tip. But cannot lay acrylic properly and they don’t care about their customers. All they care for is money. Read Less

AMAZING service. I had just flew in from LA and needed a nail salon. This one was nearest to us. Walked in, the environment was nice and cozy. Got a gel manicure and spa pedicure.. oh how I missed the good foot scrubbing. Establishment was spotless, I'll be back whenever I'm back. Read Less

I love this place I happened to stumble across it when I was back home(Ft. Lauderdale )for my uncle's funeral in March. I love the customer service provided at this establishment I never feel rushed or as if I'm bothering them how most nail salons make you feel. In July while on vacation I bought my daughter along and she too loves this place! Whenever I'm in South Florida this is the ONLY nail salon I'll go to. If I could I'd drive 330+ miles every 2 weeks to have services rendered I would that's just how much I love Happy Nails! When I returned back to Jacksonville, Fl I received so many compliments on my nails as well as my daughter. If you're ever in Pompano Beach, Fl area I highly recommend Happy Nails! Read Less

My wife made me go here to get my hygiene taken care off. At first I refused because I thought that it would be really weird to go to a nail shop. But when I got there everyone was being so welcoming and I felt more at ease. Will be coming back! Read Less

I love coming here. This is how my sis and I spend some of our Sundays,  we call it "sister Time"..lol.The place is always clean. I'm very cautious when it comes to nail places because I've heard so many horror stories. Just to calm my nerves I would kindly ask the person that's doing my mani and pedi to disinfect all tools in front of me.
