This is a horrible place to go. I got there at 11:45 am and she kept taking people who came after me who did not have any appointments. I then asked her a question if it is on a first come first served basis, she went off and said that this is her business and she operates it the way she wants and if I didn't like it to get out. I was referred to this place as a first time customer and this is the way I was treated.. while I was there, she was also rude to a black old man who wanted a manicure. Why do we still allow people to disrespect us and still bring our hard earned money to them. She feels that she has too many customers. Therefore, customers do not deserve to be treated with respect. We should boycott this place for a week and see how she is going to pay her bills. Read Less

I stopped in in a Saturday to make an appt for Sunday to get my nails filled they said they don’t take appointments. Came back on Sunday to get a fill and they said 40 mins. After waiting about an hour she said there were two people ahead of me. I asked how much longer she said 1.5 hours. So if I waited that would be over two hours to get a fill. The manager/owner is very rude. They speak Vietnamese and have no respect for clients. They should open a salon in Vietnam and get the hell out of the USA. They think people owe them when in reality I have not ever seen one Vietnamese client there paying for their services. So if you Don’t want your business to go down get with the program there are many salons such as Bleu Nails and LS Nails where they treat you right. And you may be asking why I’m here? Because my mom asked me to come with her. Never again!!! Only the girl that did my pedicure was nice. Writing to the newspaper and boycotting Angel Nails. I've been going to Angel Nails for over a year with nothing but great results! I have artificial nails that always look wonderful and get great comments from people. The young lady who does my nails, Kay, is the best! Kay makes sure my natural nails are always kept in healthy condition by removing the artificial nails when necessary and replacing them. I've been to salons in the past that just refill over and over with no regard for your natural nails. My whole family goes here for their manis, pedis, and eyebrow waxing. Read Less

I had mixed up my appointment date and when I got there and realized my mistake I apologized and tried to make a new one, the owner yelled at me, insulted me and told me to never come back. I was in complete shock! When I asked other people about her behavior, everyone said that she is very unpleasant, but that they keep going, because the staff there is good. This place is horrible. I had to stop going here for so many reasons. I gave them a chance after chance. My nails always came off or listed up almost three days later after getting them done. The chick that sits at the first table next to her baby daddy. Would get mad when my hand tense up and would twist my wrist hard enough for it to hurt. I would tell her I have really bad carpal tunnel and my hand will freeze up if it stay in one position to long. She didn't care. Then they would get mad when I ask if this is gel powder why did the woman before me get regular acrylic and u USE the same little jar for me when I ask for gel powder. AND charge 25 for fill in on it. They get mad. Then the pedicure part I use to really love. Til I noticing inconsistent charging. I thought it was $22 for it. But its $20 the lady I always went to would charge card $22 every time. Went to someone else one day and she say bunny no it $20 dollar. Waited one day for the next tech. She called to the table and leaves me there for a good 45 minutes. I'm like where the hell is the lady. And Kim or whatever her name is(manager) say on she take her lunch. Why Even call me to the table IG u not ready to do my nails. Worse place ever. They use really cheap products. You will need a fill in in less than a week Cuz the nail would come off, lift up. I love Kay at the front desk. She is always smiling and laughing. My nails are amazing when she is done with them. Always puts beautiful designs on them as well. They last very long. Lack of skills and professionalism. Just had what seemed like the owner do my acrylic fills, and was too worried about walk-ins and delegating everyone else, that she seemed extremely pre-occupied and now my nails are suffering! I have lifting the day after and the edges of my nails are missing paint. Hire a salon manager! The french paint she did was atrocious as well. You also notice she and fellow employess are speaking negatively about you or other customers, seems like for no reason other than boredom. Constantly staring at you after speaking in their native tongue. Such a bad vibe. Would NOT reccomend. But if you must, Steven is great at fills for acrylics and painting nail polish. Read Less

Not the best nail salon I've ever been to but not the worst. Got right in even though they were fairly busy. The girl doing my pedi kept digging her nails into my toes when she was holding them so that was uncomfortable. The massage chairs are great and overall they did a nice job. I love this place. I've been coming here for 8-10 years and have never had a bad experience ever.  My go to girls are Quyen, manicures and Tina, pedicures.  I love them and they treat me like royalty.  Sam is also a sweetheart.  She sits next to Quyen. I highly recommend Angel Nails!  Keep up the awesome service. They get very busy, so if you're going to treat yourself, don't be in a hurry. First off, the pictures are not what it looks like, it's actually disgusting. I brought my daughter in there with me to get her nails painted. The owner was rude & refused service to her. I was shocked because my normal nail salon would've done it for me. I knew they were talking bad about me and some customers as well. Whatever 10 minutes went by finally someone turned the water on for me. Pedi was done headed to get my manicure, my daughter started to very, so I took her ou...t of the stroller to soothe her. Once again, the owner screaming from across the room, "honey how do you expect your nails to be done with baby on your lap?" Me, " I see it done ALL the time AND they paint their child's nails!" I said, " I'm holding her to calm her down and to not disrupt the other clients".... She started talking shit to her employees about me so I told my tech, "listen get me out of this place, I'll go elsewhere to get my nails painted since the owner ( who DOES) have children of her own, doesn't want us here and never did. She was rude from the moment we walked in and basically told us to leave . I was more than happy to leave than to me in a business atmosphere that I was so uncomfortable being in! Listen lady, if you don't want children in you shitty salon, put a god damn sigh out!!! How you are still opened is beyond me! Friday afternoon I went to get my nails done with my sisters at @Angel Nails. My sister came with her nine-month-old baby and the owner(the lady that greets everyone and asks what services you want) approached us and said oh I don't want the baby in my store because the baby going to disrupt my customers, (I pause and thought to myself OK Hhhmmm fine, whatever so one of my sisters left) so the owner started working on my nails and told me to go too the pedicure station to st...art my pedi while I soak the gel off my finger nails and she'll start on my sisters nails. As I got up to go to the pedi station I stAted to the owner, " do a good job on my sisters nails(in a friendly tone) ", the owner stated "shut up or get out" in a anger/rude manner.. I sat there puzzled and tried to take in what the owner said to me and flipped five seconds after that. I was so upset that I was speaking to her in a calm manner until I realize she really told me to shut up and continued to give me give me nasty responses, mind you it's at least 8 to 10 customers at her place of business and she was so unprofessional. She didn't even care that the other customers heard her speak in such an unprofessional manner towards me. It's sad because I'm 25 and I've been going there since I was in the eighth grade. The customer service there is horrible but they do good work. After that situation I told my self never to step foot in Angel Nail again because good work is my not worth me letting someone lower my integrity. My go to nail place in Pompano! I always ask for Sam. She loves to chat, and is very sweet. She does a great job. I have had a normal gel mani from her, which was great. I've been going to this nail salon since I turned 14. I am now 29 so I have been a customer for 15 years there. I never complain or give any problems. Well went in there about two months ago and was very disappointed with the way Kay did my nails, when I complained about it I was told by her to go to they guy I usually go to then next time. I love this place and have been going here for about 2 1/2 years. I moved out of the area about 1 1/2 ago but I haven't found a salon I like better than this one. They are always busy but I am always happy to wait because I always get a good job for the money I am paying.
