NOT EVEN ONE STAR..... I never write reviews but I feel that this one is necessary. Let me begin by saying that I feel insulted, and humiliated. Yesterday, I went to go get a Full set of long coffin nails. I got a woman named Hannah as my nail technician. I usually come here to get my nails done when I don't feel like doing them myself. I had a nail that was split but not broken. I had to have my old set removed, and as soon as Hannah saw my nail she started gagging. I understand if someone has a soft stomach, but do not become a nail tech if you cannot see a split (cracked) nail without gagging. I let it slide, and didn't say anything. After that, she removed my set and she began working on my new ones. She asked me how long I wanted them and I said long because I am used to having them that way. She proceeded to say (in a rude way) that no one comes in to get long nails and how can I use the restroom with nails so long. I again, ignored her comment because I just wanted my set done. I asked for coffin shape, so when she did my shape I was appalled when my nails were SQUARE. I asked her if she can file the sides more, she started to laugh and ignored my request. After that, she would not stop laughing to herself and commenting about my nails length. I got so upset, that I just told her to finish the service after she was done shaping and filing, and I would paint them at home. She asked "Do you think you can even do it?" and I told her "Yes, I know how to do acrylics, I just didn't feel like doing them on myself tonight." I stood up and paid a total of $56.00 ($51.00 for the set + $5.00 tip) and then went to the receptionist and told her about the horrible experience. The receptionist was nice but only told me that they were sorry about the bad experience and that next time I can say I don't want her. Honestly, I do not think that there will be a next time. I come here once in a blue moon when I do not feel like doing my nails, because I am used to their good customer service, and I don't mind paying $100 for a service if it came with good experience (even if the service was horrible, because I can fix it, that's ok.) But do not insult me. If I wanted to get insulted and treated like crap, I would just go to a low priced nail salon and deal with that. I refuse to come here again. I am upset, and honestly I would love to know who the owner of this salon is. I come from this industry, and if there is one thing that I know is that, if there is bad customer service, there is no clients coming your way...... I am going to post pictures of the monstrosity that I had to fix at home....... :-( Read Less
