I Do NOT recommend anyone coming here for nails and a pedicure. This lady has done a horrible job on my feet. The lady with long dark hair middle age rushed on my feet because she saw another customer...
I Do NOT recommend anyone coming here for nails and a pedicure. This lady has done a horrible job on my feet. The lady with long dark hair middle age rushed on my feet because she saw another customer come in. She did not care to give me the service I originally asked for. The pedicure was very basic and not the one I requested. They have different pedicures options to choose from. I was NOT happy. When I went to complain they made it seem like I didn't understand what she was doing. I told him that English is my one and only language and I told her clearly what I wanted even another customer heard me. The lady who did my pedicure you can tell English is not her first language. Either she didn't understand English which she should not be working on people's feet if you don't speak English 99% of your customers are English speaking not Vietnamese or she just didn't care and either way did a crappy job. Beware of this place. The only service I usually come and get is eyelash extensions. Mary and Cathy do a great job with my eyelashes. However any other services beware. Be cautious. Believe me I will never come back here again. Even for Mary and Cathy's services who by the way does a great job on eyelashes because it's the business itself as a whole.

I usually come here about once a month and can't really complain. I mean it's a reasonably priced nail salon, not an upscale luxury spot. But this recent time I visited was less than enjoyable. I wish I spoke their language because I am so sure they were talking about my feet. I hadn't done my toes in a while and the paint was chipping off and the guy was literally staring at my feet, laughing, and called another girl over to say something. I hope they see this review so they can hopefully improve the way they behave in front of customers. This place used to have completely different people working here and under different management. That's when I liked coming here. Now, I'm not too sure if I care for the people that work here. Pretty unwelcoming environment. So I will be on the look out for another reasonably priced nail salon close to home.

Pedicurist cut me .. and don't know how to take off gel nail polish.plus rude.... He was trying to file down the gel nail polish instead of soaking it off with foil...I ask him could u soak it off? he...

He was trying to file down the gel nail polish instead of soaking it off with foil...I ask him could u soak it off? he said he is ...then continue to drill the gel nail polish off... I didn't have a problem until he cut me.. they was like .... Do you still wanna get your nails done?... Pedicurist didn't even apologize he was like "go" (.Oriental voice).....I never been cut or bleeding a nail shop in my life... And it seems as though nobody cared.

Kim is EVERYTHING she does such a great job on my nails every three weeks and she takes pride in every hand she does even if its a 5 year old. love this nail shop

The lady who did my feet was good. The guy who did my nails was alright. He didn't put enough glue on the acrylic so now the top of my natural nail is not sticking to the acrylic. The color they had at the shop that I picked ended up being very faint and with 2 coats you could still see through the color. He was really going to leave my nails all see through just because he already put 2 coats! I had to point it out to him and tell him to put another. He also did a mediocre job painting my nails because he didn't paint the whole thing when he did the 3rd coat. So by my cuticles, you can see the line of demarcation from the 2nd and 3rd coat. I'm going back to my original nail tech to get my nails repainted. Would've given them a 2 but the lady did my feet well.

The man who did my nails was in such a rush and he did a horrible job. When he asked me if I wanted my toe nail cut I say yeah a little bit cause my toe nails are already little as hell. And he makes a side comment saying "a lot". He proceeds to cut my toe nails as little as he possibly can. My left inky toe nail is almost non existent. Both of my feet look completely different from each other. I'm so sad . And the paint job sucks too. It's on my cuticle. They don't care about what the customer wants, they just do what they want to do to your feet.

The best place for nails ,eyebrow ,eyelashes . The staffs very nice and friendly .ask for Cathy she does for eyebrow and eyelashes ,her works is amazing.

i don't think they do appointments. I was there at 9 am and people were already waiting. The prices aren't bad, they were reasonable. I got a pedi, fills and wax which the pedi is the only thing I was...
i don't think they do appointments. I was there at 9 am and people were already waiting. The prices aren't bad, they were reasonable. I got a pedi, fills and wax which the pedi is the only thing I wasn't a fan over. The only reason that I didn't give them a 5 is because, I don't think they are very clean, and it felt rushed. The tub for your feet didn't have a lining they just sprayed it down and wiped...So, I'm probably not going to go back for my pedicure but my nails I Might.

Excellent service. My eyebrows are always arched beautifully for a low price of $7. The salon is also opened on Saturday, I don't know why it says it's not. Enjoy the great service from here.

I went to tri - city nails and sue did my nails for the first time and I am very happy with the results. The prices for a full set of acrylic nails, with designs on ten fingers was only $37!!!!! That is alright with me they will be seeing me again. They open at 9:00 on Saturday the staff is nice and quick fully staffed. Just a pleasant environment. It was very clean and organized. You will be pleased. For the ladies that like the eye lashes $15 for the strip and $18 for the individuals now you know you can't beat that price!! Give it a try you won't be disappointed....

I Do NOT recommend anyone coming here for nails and a pedicure. This lady has done a horrible job on my feet. The lady with long dark hair middle age rushed on my feet because she saw another customer come in. She did not care to give me the service I originally asked for. The pedicure was very basic and not the one I requested. They have different pedicures options to choose from. I was NOT happy. I usually come here about once a month and can't really complain. I mean it's a reasonably priced nail salon, not an upscale luxury spot. But this recent time I visited was less than enjoyable. I wish I spoke their language because I am so sure they were talking about my feet. The lady who did my feet was good. The guy who did my nails was alright. He didn't put enough glue on the acrylic so now the top of my natural nail is not sticking to the acrylic. I got a pedi, fills and wax which the pedi is the only thing I wasn't a fan over. The only reason that I didn't give them a 5 is because, I don't think they are very clean, and it felt rushed.
