First off, I want to say that I am NOT reviewing on hair. My sister gets her hair done here all the time and loves it, which is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. If not, it would be 1 star for eyebrow threading. I was surprised that they offered eyebrow threading and decided to try it. I usually NEVER trust anyone except my lady down south, but I decided to avoid the 30 minute drive today and go somewhere close by. NEVER AGAIN. The Asian lady who did my eyebrows half threaded and half plucked them. They look like they were done by a 10 year old and look nothing like what my threaded eyebrows normally look like. I have a very defined brow, so I figured she couldn't possibly mess it up. This lady does NOT know how to thread eyebrows and I knew it the second she started because I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I should have stood up and left that instant. On top of everything I ended up paying $16 with tip for a crappy job. I am very disappointed and this just proves that I can never trust anyone with my eyebrows. My advice for this establishment is to not offer a service that cannot be provided by a professional with extensive experience, especially at such a hefty price. Read Less

I have been going to Maria for my hair cut and hair color since 2003. She is a true artist when it comes to hair and has always provided top notch service. Maria is always very reliable, professional, respectful of your time, fast, and her work is flawless. She is very easy to work with. I absolutely adore Vanessa! I was new to the area and in desperate need of a hair overhaul. In the past, when going from long to short hair, I was frequently presented with very nervous and hesitant stylists. This was not the case with Vanessa and served as such a refreshing change from the past. After listening to what I wanted, viewing the photos I brought along and evaluating my hair type, we were ready to go. This is also a refreshing change as I do not always feel heard by stylists when explaining exactly what I want, resulting in a disappointing experience. I have been going to this salon for 8 years and they are the ONLY place I go to. I specifically go for Vanessa, who is not only extremely professional, but is also and expert at her craft. I have had long hair, short hair, extensions, and every color imaginable on my hair -- she always makes sure her work is perfect; and it is. I always get asked where I do my hair and if you want the best, go to Vanessa, you won't regret it. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and organized.
