I will NEVER come back here again. Horrible service, and they don’t know how to tell time either. I was told 10 minutes and waited for a pedicure for about a half hour and no one came to me until I started getting my feet out of the water and that’s when they wanted to speak up and say I would get my nails done. Lily was always my go to; found out fairly recently that she's no longer with them! Every nail tech I've had is pretty good as well, with a shout out to Brandon who is not only hilarious, but very open to feedback. $45 for shellac mani-pedi cannot be beat. It's not the fanciest of places, but it gets the job done and I've never had a bad experience. I always try to look for other salons that are closer (this is about a 30 minute drive from me) but I always come back. Read Less

This place is ABSOLUTELY CRAP!  They treat you like CRAP and the girls get jealous if you do not return to them and take somebody else to avoid a wait. They then make you sit and wait only not to be waited on. The owner has no control over the staff!  Go to VENETIAN NAILS AND SPA!  The place is cleaner and better service. Read Less

Went for the first time today. Tech was not good with the nail drill, she hit it too hard with her foot several times causing painful heat to my nail. My gel polish has air bubbles because she didn't let it dry before putting on the clear coat. Went to pay and the lady didn't give me back my change. She kept it and said have a nice day. I was going to give her the $5 in change as a tip out of courtesy but she didn't even give me the option. Rude! Tips are earned. Read Less

I was on vacation for my birthday and wanted to get a manicure and pedicure done. I chose to do gel polish for my mani. I spent $45 and it turned out so terrible! My cuticles were filled with polish and it started lifting after 2 days! My toes are quite terrible as well! Will never recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

While I was there I witnessed a nail tech being really rude to a client . I am not happy with my white tip full set but after what I witnessed i didn't want it to become a confrontation . After this experience in will never go back. Read Less

I wish had read all these bad reviews before going here. They were rude and very disconnected with service. I went to wash hands during manicure and when I returned they demanded I paid. Woman didn't speak entire time except about money. When changing hands, girl messed up and smeared polish told me to be careful. I shouldn't feel like I'm on payroll when getting nails done. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. When nails finished drying looked terrible. I'm glad didn't try shellack polish here as they can't even do a basic manicure. I'll never go here again. There is another nail salon on Peters Rd and university by the Publix, go there instead if your in the area.Read Less

I would think that if you get a walk in wouldn't you want to keep a new customer, this was favorite place, years n years ago. A lot has changed. Also usually if a mother and daughter come in together they usually want to receive treatment at the same times me. Read Less

I came in for an acrylic fill and gel polish. I will never go here again.  This was my first time. I was shopping at Broward mall and decided to give this a try because I had time to pass and could cross getting my nails done off my weekend to do list. The guy burned me with the drill multiple times causing nicks in m cuticles and deep chips on my nail bed. as well as twisted my wrist and fingers enough to make me wince in pain. He was arguing with me about how it doesn't hurt. Then probably talking about me when he switched languages and talked the girl next to him. I left with my nails unfinished. I walked in after 8 pm when they close at 9 in the mall.  I was greeted and taken great care of by ny technician.  She took her time and did a wonderful job and was thorough. They have PHENOMENAL massage chairs...maybe even the best I have ever been in.  They are located in Broward or Westfield Mall  The best entrance is the one between Dillards and Sears and the shop is right there when you walk in on your right.  The shop is very clean with a beautiful fish tank when you walk in.  Definitely a positive visit!
