Absolutely terrible pedicure! I asked for a white and the color looked white in the bottle, but when they put it on my nail it was a grey/bluish color. The lady messed up on the nail and the manager had to point it out to her. Instead of fixing it, she painted over the nail, leaving it mushy and globby. Very unsatisfied. Read Less

The nails don't even cover my natural nail, there are like little indents in the gel. He clipped my skin......for $70 NOT worth it! My pedi is atrocious. 2 days later and it looks like I had them for 3 weeks. FYI I am not hard on my nails either! I've been a faithful customer for a few years now my favorite staff member is Bess.. she is great for a mani/peti she is great... Well I think they are all very nice.. This place is UNSANITARY. They reuse toe deviders and slippers. Literally, took them out of a waste basket (where they were thrown along with used cotton balls and napkins) and tried to put them on me and my daughter, obviously, without any warning.  Haven't even tried to spray them or wipe with alcohol. I have come to this salon twice. But after the first visit I'm not sure why I returned. Maybe because of the price being so cheap. My first visit I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was told they could start me right away with my pedicure and by the time I was finished there would be someone available to do my gel manicure. I cannot remember the lady's name who did my pedicure but she was a taller woman with a Russian accent. The scrub she did on the bottom of my feet wasn't really good, I went home and still had very dry skin patches and the paint on my toes was very sloppy and on my skin around my toes. Then after I finished my pedicure I was told to sit and wait for my manicure (which I think they forgot) because after about 10-15 minutes they asked me what I was waiting for and once I reminded them about my gel manicure they were frantic. After about 5 minutes the lady at the first seat along with a younger man said he could do my nails but it wouldn't be a full manicure. It'd just be a polish change because he didn't know how to do a manicure. And if I didn't want that I could come back in 3 hours.... which to me is ridiculous. And at the time I was going on vacation and needed my nails done so I said okay to the color change. Which took about 45 minutes for a color change.... once I left I noticed the gel color did not match my feet what so ever and also had clumpy areas around my edges. Now for my second visit. I called ahead of time to make an appointment since the first time I went in as a walk-in to ensure I would receive the services I wanted. But because I did not know any of the employees names I got stuck with the same Russian lady as last time. Only this time she did both my nails and my feet. Again my pedicure not the best. And this time when she put my sandals on she messed up my polish. I did tell her and she did fix it but again it got ruined again because of my sandals which I thought she would of given me the salon sandals but no. Then to do my manicure I had 2 nails that were broken completely and a couple that had Tony cracks so I wanted to have the two broken nails to have acrylic to match my other nails and the ones hat had cracks to have dip so when they grew out they wouldn't break. But the lady didn't know how to do it so the manager came and did the couple of nails that she couldn't do. He did cut my pointer finger which wasn't pleasant but it didn't bother me. It does happen sometimes. And I really LOVED the way he did my nails. But then he gave me back to the lady. She then continued with my manicure and when she went to start painting she put a gel base on all my nails even the ones with dip on them. I instantly noticed the nails that had dip on them previously once the gel base was put on them it began to clump. She continued to do the gel color and she had to do a couple of layers because the polish looked like it was disintegrating a bit. But the extra layers did not help. I thought she would of noticed but she continued. I called the place and they assured me putting dip and gel on a nail wouldn't affect it even though my nails are completely ruined the polish is uneven and patchy on some nails and my gel which I have only had for 10 days is chipping which never happens to me but again they said it's normal for gel to chip after "so long". I guess you get what you pay for. And in this case it was what I paid for. But I will not return to this salon. It's unfortunate because I did really like the way the manager did a couple of my nails but the service I received was very poor and when I called to complain they responded to me as if I wanted to get them redone free of charge which wasn't my intention at all. I have no problem paying to get my nails redone if I don't like them. I would think a place that is trying to be known and have a bunch of renovations happening would really care about their customers input but I guess that's not the case here. Read Less

This Nailtrix is a little smaller than the others.  However, if you go ask for Nancy. She is Nice, patient, and sweet. She will do whatever it takes for you to like your nails. I broke a nail and she was so understand and attentive to fix when I came in. She is always booked so book two weeks in advance. Clean, professional, and friendly.As a manly man, I wasnt thrilled about coming here for the couple's pedicure. My wife wore me down and finally got me to go.It was enjoyable and reasonably priced.What was most important to me though was that it didnt have an overpowering smell of acetone and other chemicals/solvents. I've waited for my wife at some other places and got a contact high just sitting in the waiting area--but not here which was a relief.All in all i'd do this again. Read Less

I found this place via Yelp.  Reviews were decent so I decided to make an appt for 6:15 when I left work. The salon seemed clean upon I arrival and the people working were friendly. So I looked for a newer bottle of polish m, as most seemed emptier and sat down for my mani/pedi. The lady did a good job cleaning my cuticles and filing down my nails  but the salon is very dark and the paint just b was very crappy. When she did my pedicure she watered down the burgundy polish with polish remover... I hate when salons do that... and I had to use the flashlight on my phone so she could see my pedicure, as the salon was not well lit and it was pouring outside. By the time I got home 10 minutes later, there were bubbles on my feet from the polish.... I went to bed around 12:30 AM giving my nails 5 hours to dry but woke up this morning with bubbles and marks on my nails. I don't think the woman did a bad job per se, but I do think their nail polish is old and water down plus it was hard for them to see what they are doing. My first time visitng, I had a pedicure with Nancy and she was great. Very professional and friendly. Its refreshing to find a place where the stagg speaks english and you can communicate with them effectively. I'm very particular when it comes to my hands and feet and I felt at home here. Great service. Very happy with their work. Staff is friendly and professional. They were funny and very attentive to detail. Walked in and they were able to fit me right in... Bring cash for tip because u can't put it on Ur card...Otherwise u have to go to the gas station down the street (the only bad). Highly recommended. Read Less

She was very nice and answered all my questions about gel Polish and made me feel at home. Service was great and I love love LOVEE how my nails turned out!! I definitely recommend them! I'm new to getting my nails done so have patience with me okay. I do not know any of the nail terminology or lingo so I will try my best. Anna was my nail technician and she was very polite and nice with me. I didn't really know what I wanted so she let me take my time and pick out the polishes I wanted. I was a little skeptical about getting my cuticles cut because my friends have told me that some people make your nails bleed because they're too rough but Anna made it very painless. She was very informative and answered all my questions about designs and how gel Polish lasts longer (sorry I'm new to the nail world) lol I am more than  happy with how my nails turned out!! Looks like I found a nail salon that I will be going to regularly now!! Anna is great, their prices are great and their service is even better !!
