Not surprised that this place was empty on New years eve because they're terrible. Definitely my first and last time ever going there. The lady was using some hard material on the side of my foot and actually scraped my skin off my toe and I was so shocked, not to mention that it hurt like hell. Other people were complaining that they got hurt too. By far one of the worst places in Fort Lauderdale. I use to come here all the time but wouldn't come here EVER again i wanted short coffin nails the guy didnt listen to me he was rude n sighed n grumbled and all he wanted to do was play a game on his stupid ass phone they need to listen to what the customers want that's bad for business they need to have workers that aren't rude. Being new to the Ft. Lauderdale area I was in search for Nail Salon that didn't require same day appointments.  Thanks to the lovely reviews on YELP, I was able to find this place.  It has some decent reviews and is close to my home so I decided to go with the flow.Let me just say that I got the BEST pedicure ever hands down.  I have been to fancy places, upscale, low scale you get the point but I have never gotten a pedicure the way that I did that day.  I walked in without an appointment mid day Friday for two of us and they didn't hesitate to fit us in, we waited 10 min tops.  I got a wonderful manicure but the pedicure was life.  I like beauticians that actually "go in" on my feet. Not that they're in bad shape but feet are feet and sometimes they need work.  She took her time and cleaned and prepped my nails very well, gave me a nice massage and painted them to perfection. Let's not forget the hot towel placed over my feet..yessss!  All this on a spa chair giving me a nice back massage at the same time.  The staff was very nice.  Only thing I don't like and I'm sure I'm not the only one but I don't like people speaking a different language (Vietnamese) in front of non speakers.  Makes you wonder what they are saying but above that, the service was very good and I didn't get a weird feeling at any time.  They are located tucked away in a shopping plaza with free parking.  A basic manicure and pedicure is $30, French manicure & pedicure $50.  They offer other services like eyebrows and I think waxing.  I will be coming back for sure! Unfortunately, my first time here went bad. I cant lie, the guy who did my refill did a perfect job on my cut and refill but he clipped me in 3 cuticles. I bled and he didn't bother to disinfect. The lady who did my pedicure and eyebrows did a horrible job! My toenails came out crooked, and my eyebrows came out uneven and SUPER THIN ! I will never go back. They're sanitation needs more work as well, the lady had a hole in her gloves while my pedicure and didn't bother to change them. Her eyelashes are EVERYWHERE, nothing is clean or organized. Liked that it was open until 8pm on a Friday when most were closing early. Decent outcome for pedi but it was painful. The young worker was cutting into my cuticles so much, I'm surprised I didn't bleed. I then waited for my fill and the older lady first had 1 person lined up to get them done and the guy left. The last 2 workers said No in their language and I caught on. I was red hot! I sat there waiting to then be told 20mins later that neither wanted to do my nails. Why not tell me ahead of time so I can catch another nearby salon?! The older lady kept apologizing and telling me what time they are open the next day. I said "thanks but no thanks". I recommend you come early!!!!!!!! I arrived at 6:15, got my pedi and was done by 7. Wasn't told NO until 7:40pm. Am I a loser or WHAT?!Read Less

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life. The lady painted my fingers with acrylic. There seriously no way to fix it but to take them off with acetone and get them redone. What a waste of time. All of my nails are different sizes. Some are square Some are Circle. She cut me three times. So disappointed that I used my only hour and a half at that place.
