Really appreciated the service for 2 yrs but had a bad experience. They blamed bubbles in my polished nails from dust. I should expect it when I choose light pink color? What are you kidding? Than they told me to pick a dark color because the bubble doesn’t show! Sorry but blame it on dust? Read Less

So here’s my honest review... the salon is lot more upgraded and nicer than most of the salon i’ve been too. But like many of those salons i’ve been to, nail technicians like to persuade you to get this and get that and charge you for certain shapes and lengths. What i’m sewing now is that a lot of salons like to over charge for things they can’t give you. That’s what happened to me here, on my first visit I came for a refill and not even two day later my nails were breaking. On my second visit actually spoke to the manager who was very kind and understanding which I loved but the nail technician I had could not get my nails right like how I wanted them. I’m afraid to return because I feel like you’re paying a huge difference of price here than certain places. To only not leave as sastified with your nails. I described AND showed a picture of the shape i wantedt nails and the man doing my nails did the complete opposite. Even after describing and showing it to him again he kept saying they were the same. My nails came out different shapes, some wider than others and crooked. I did the dip powder and my finished nails came out with dents and lines on all of them. Terrible job overall. Charged me $50. Over priced as well. Read Less

I've been going here for I think two years now, and honestly it's the best nail salon I've ever been to. All the techs are great, the salon is always very clean, they have a wide range of colors available, and they have so many awesome services. They are always improving their services. In fact, they recently expanded. They work hard to bring the latest and greatest techniques to the salon like the waterless pedicure (the chair for that reclines all the way back and you can practically fall asleep they do your pedicure). I also really love their signature pedicure in the regular spa chair - the l'acqua pedicure.  If you're in Broward county, this is THE place to get your nails done. Read Less

Lacqua is by far the best nail salon in South Florida. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. There is a variety of polishes and services and the nail techs do a great job. I’ve been coming to Lacqua for many years and will continue for many years to come! Read Less

Wee did an awesome job on my nexgen mani. He was very friendly and attentive, keeping me entertained for the entire visit with interesting conversation. He also showed me a fresh sample of the colors I was considering so that I would know what they looked like before starting. And the finished product is lovely! I couldn't be happier. Location: easy to find, plenty of parking.Ambiance: Not much. This place is big & they are a well-oiled machine. It is clean & nice, but can get a bit noisy & it's not necessarily relaxing, but overall pretty good.Service: I wish I could remember my nail tech's names but overall the services have been inconsistent. To be fair, only once was I disappointed but even then it wasn't terrible & when I went back to get a touch up they honored it free of charge and I just threw an extra tip.A solid option for the area. Amazing service!!! Everyone who works there is so nice, amazing, and very talented. Emily did my pedicure and did amazing nail art with glitter. I only waited for about 5 minutes which was very nice, and the environment is very relaxing. Additionally, the staff offers refreshments, making the nail spa very lovely. They have a large variety of polish colors and brands such as OPI, Essie, Color Club, Orly, and many more. All of the employees are happy, social, and very kind, making for such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend L'Acqua to everyone! I know I will definitely be coming back! Read Less

The salon is nice but the nail tech did hell of an upsell job and wasnt clear on pricing because I walked out with tips/gel and one color and a reg pedicure and paid 85$. My friend paid 95$. Nice salon prices dont match the work.. way too pricey for basics. I will prob never go back and I wouldnt recommend this place.. price is way too high and I have had better done. Read Less

I hate when I'm already spending 60 dollars on a mani&pedi because this place is more expensive than others which is ok but then the lady kept trying to make me get more things. Very clean and pretty establishment. The staff is very nice. However, I had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes to take a seat. On top of that, their prices are absurd! I got acrylic fills in the "coffin" shape, with gel color and matte top coat and was charged $50!!! $50 for acrylic fills?! I paid $50 to get a full set pink and white acrylics 2 weeks ago at a different establishment. Definitely not returning! Read Less

I love the fact that they use new sterile tools every time, per person! you watch them open new packs in front of you! I'm not saying all salons do this but most salons, especially inside Malls, use their own tools & most of the time they don't disinfect or soak them long enough. It needs to soak 10-15 minutes min. They treat the service like an assembly line rather than personalized service! BUT This place got it right!!Read Less
