The service wasnt that sweet. But the nails are nice. I was rushed to pick my color & treated awkwardly. They're very busy... but a client should be treated a certain way. I will say I was given a pedicure by a different person and she seemed very uncomfortable. But did a good job. Read Less

Decided to try a nail place on a whim, and found this one nestled between Publix, Starbucks, and Gamestop. I have no idea when they moved here, but they seem to be getting a lot of traffic. They DO take walk-ins. Mondays are not days you go in if you are I'm a rush. I wasn't in one, so the wait time was not long to me. I did the gel manicure and pedicure. I was offered a complimentary refreshment, and decided on a sangria red wine. 'Twas excellent. Anna was the wonderful person who took care of my hands and feet. I have never seen someone take so much time and care on another person. She treated me as if she was working on her own nails. Thanks again for that, Anna! The facility is very big and exceptionally clean. The techs use unopened tools on every client they had, which was a huge plus. Only downside for me was the pedicure: I have rough skin on my feet. I was expecting something more than a scrubby pad on my foot (Cheese grater anyone?). All in all, not a bad experience. Read Less

Came here because of all the great reviews and because posh nail lounge did such an awful job on my nails before. Jackie who did my feet did an amazing job, very gentle and very sweet. Aaron who did my nails brought my nails back to life and made them look exactly how I wanted. Tiff also was so sweet and so accommodating. I went when they were a big short handed but that didn't stop them at all, they got to everyone in a timely manner.Great customer service and awesome people. Will definitely be going back! Read Less

My pedicure (signature pedicure) was done by Fernanda. I thought she was such a sweet lady and she did an amazing job! What makes it even better is I felt so comfortable and I felt as though she did my pedicure to the standard of how she'd like hers done. My manicure (healthy nails service) was done by Aaron. He was very kind and did an excellent job on my nails. He told me before he started that he'd make sure my nails were beautiful and he definitely delivered. The salon is very clean, they offer beverages during your services and the massage chairs at the pedicure stations are an amazing treat to help relax after a long week.
