I've been coming here for the past few months. I've been pleased every time. Great variety of colors to choose from. I like to get the SNS manicure. I think it last longer for me than gel. I love when Helen does my nails. I've also had Amy and Kenny. Both were great. Can be pricey but compared to the other upper scale nail salons it's equal. The manager Julie was angel sent! She had to fixed all my ten toes ,because I'd literally left Excel Nails on Oakland Park the girl messed up my toes by over cutting them and had to be fixed with gel acrylic full set on my toes which never had to be done ever in my life! The customer service her is amazing from the time I walked in the door. They were very sympathetic and showed me empathy after listening to my horrific story with my experience with Excel Nails. I have yet to find a spot better than Anthony Vince. I am always greated with a smile from every employee, the place is absolutely beautiful and always kept clean, their technicians know what they're doing and do their job very well. If you come, ask for Mencia, she is so nice and always gets it done perfectly whether it be a gel manicure or a pedicure. Kim and guy on front desk was friendly but Kim doesn't know how to do eyebrows, I am very upset. She left my eyebrows very uneven, a lot of little hairs was left and I asked her to take AT LEAST the little hairs off but it didn't look like she did anything to it. I had the worst experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure and when it was done, I had a piece of skin cut off one toe and a cuticle cut on another toe. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the girl shoved the receipt at me to sign and just said "I'll make a note of it." If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worse place I have ever been to. Customer service is definitely not important. I have tried for over a year to like this place. However, I dislike it more and more every time. I finally found someone to do my nails beautifully but, I always feel as if I'm a bother rather then a pleasure to have. They want your money and will tell you they could do designs, etc. Yet when time comes to do design, they cannot and then after nails are done they leave you without the design you were told they could do. Never apologize. Instead they say, she doesn't do that". Pedicures are the worst! Always seem rushed, on a time frame, no dedication to customers just always watching the clock. The manager, Lee is always looking and watching you when time is going and makes me feel so uneasy for the nail tech. Every single time! Even when I say, she did and amazing job, he doesn't even respond. He seems upset that it took longer then was hoping for because I get designs. It's just the worst, no relaxing time just stressful all the time. It's beautifully decorated and seems serene but, nothing serene about that place. Noone takes the time to satisfy you with pleasure. I went for a mani pedi 12 today and by 8 at night it was already chipping on all fingers. My toes as well. The scrub I recieved was not well done either I've had much better for much cheaper, it seemed as if she didnt know what she was doing. The inner sole is what she focused on and that part was already soft and sensitive. She did not focus on the heel or outer step at all. I'm very displeased and will not be returning except to make a complaint.Read Less

I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I have only good things to say. Kim is my nail tech. She is very good and very sweet. I have gone to others in her absence that are good as well.
