Salon owner is very sweet. Talks to me and knows all her repeat customers. Got a nice hand massage and lotion afterwards. If she can't do your nails, ask for Nick. They are both great! Quick job but never rushed. Last time I came in at 7:15 and they didn't rush me then either.

I've been going to Mystic Nails for several months after moving to Plant City. The first time I went into the salon I was greeted by a very sweet woman who turned out to be the owner. I don't know about everyone else but if I'm paying $30 plus tip for a biweekly gel manicure I expect my nails to look good. Long story short I am very particular regarding my manicure which was clearly known in the salon. After a bad experience I began to walk out and the owner quickly took over. From then on she would do my manicures or Kim. Faithfully I would go in every two weeks to relax and get my manicure. Well this past Fri I went in after work with my daughter. It is now Tuesday and my nails were chipping etc. I went into the salon to show the owner and at first she blames me. She then begins to peel off the gel and asks me to have a seat while claiming it was the light bulb in the dryer blah blah blah. You know the feeling you get where they're all talking trash about you like you're the bald headed step child???? Nothing short from that and it's hilarious because they screwed up!!!! It took them over an hour to take chipped gel off and repaint my nails. The owner painted my nails herself and did a half ass job. Not one time did she offer an apology for the inconvenience but was so kind to leave paint dust all over my fingers. Between the attitudes and incompetence I would rather drive the extra 20 mins to a salon who values a loyal customer.

I went in for a manicure/ eyebrow wax. I waited awhile bc it was busy which was fine. But the lady who did my nails rushed the whole thing. She didn’t massage my hand and fingers like they are supposed to do. She left me there to go get change and was gone for 10 min. Then she goes on to tell me about her life and almost starts to cry. I was going to ignore that but she also rushed my eyebrows. One is thicker then the other. I paid at the beginning which she told me that’s what they do. I will not be back there again. Oh and she also was trying to push me to get gel nail polish.

I live about an hour away and was here visiting a friend. He had things to do so I decided to change the color of my nails. I chose this one and was scared because I've had only bad experiences with nail salons where they're too harsh with my nails and end up nicking me or putting my fingers in boiling water. I come in and I'm greeted nicely. The nail tech was very careful with my nails and she took a while with them which to me shows that she cares about the outcome of the nails. Usually nail techs use one or two coats for glittery nail polishes & I was skeptical at first but I saw she used 4 coats making sure the glitter showed. Before school starts I'm definitely coming back!

I went in for a fill in. Waited a long time only to be skipped by 3 other ladies. I've been here plenty of times and never experienced this rudeness. No greeting and no one acted as if they wanted to help. I also signed in amd waited for Jennifer butshe supposed had other clients who needed help. My 2 daughters and i will not be back nor will we refer anyone.

I was greeted right away. Jennifer did a great job at removing my acrylics and giving me a gel manicure. I highly recommend them.

People are nice the older lady does wonderful pedicures 😀 got a fill in as well & i can say this will be my place to go in plant city from here on out.

I've been going to Mystic Nails for several months after moving to Plant City. The first time I went into the salon I was greeted by a very sweet woman who turned out to be the owner. I don't know about everyone else but if I'm paying $30 plus tip for a biweekly gel manicure I expect my nails to look good. Long story short I am very particular regarding my manicure which was clearly known in the salon. After a bad experience I began to walk out and the owner quickly took over. She didn’t massage my hand and fingers like they are supposed to do. She left me there to go get change and was gone for 10 min. Then she goes on to tell me about her life and almost starts to cry. No greeting and no one acted as if they wanted to help. I also signed in amd waited for Jennifer butshe supposed had other clients who needed help.
