Couldn't find a place that's open on 4th of July.. but this place was open.. Even though I had to wait for a while because I didn't make an appointment, they still manage to squeeze me in.. had the classic spa #2 pedi - French and gel French mani .. offered some water for drinks... love the scrub and she cleaned my feet well. They do "okay" nails, nothing great or special. Definitely will over charge you & tell you once they are finished, not before hand. The last two times I went to get a shellac pedicure was terrible. He scrubbed my legs very hard to the point where it hurt, didn't feel pleasant at all. On both occasions, I felt my legs burning I looked down & noticed red bloody bumps all over my legs, it was painful and hideous to say the least. I was extremely concerned, & started asking questions. He just blew it off like it was nothing & said I was probably having an allergic reaction, that it would go away. Mind you I've had plenty of pedicures at this location before & that had never happened. Within a few days the pain & discoloration faded. I gave this place one last try after that. It was the same male nail tech doing my pedicure which I was very hesitant about but didn't want to be rude so I settled. The same exact thing happened except for this time, he tried hiding it by placing burning hot rags over my legs so I wouldn't see. Due to the pain and burning I knew something was wrong, I lifted the rags and noticed the same issue from last time. Bloody red bumps and scapes all over my legs. I recently moved and am on a quest to find a new nail salon. I will keep looking. They scraped my ankle to the point that it's been hurting me since (3 days). The massage part wasn't very good. And they repeatedly badgered me to upgrade my pedicure. The pedicure turned out fine and the people were nice, so I'm leaving a neutral rating. Read Less

Dont go here for eyebrow waxing. It's getting to be around my birthday and I always like to clean up my eyebrows, as I do not wax very often at all (about 4-5 times a year). I stopped in Saturday at about 9:45am (5/13/2017) and was greeted and told to wait for just a minute. The lady who waxed my eyebrows was very polite and nice she said her name was Mai (as she wrote it out on the business card and she pronounced it as "my") I told her I didnt want my eyebrows too thin and just wanted them cleaned up, when she showed me my eyebrows I was crushed.not only were they horribly uneven with to much being taken off the beginning of the left brow, the right eyebrow had a thin strip of skin showing through towards the end of the brow clearly separating the brow into 2 pieces. I have a lower hair line and the space between my brow and hair line wasnt cleaned up at all..She had done some plucking around the area where I now had 2 pieces of a brow and had not pulled the hair out by the root. I brought this too her attention and she said that whoever did my eyebrows last did that to me (this was my first waxing of the year so she had pretty of brow to work with) we went back and forth several times getting absolutely no where. I paid and left , went right across the street to target to make my very first eyebrow pencil in my life (again my eyebrows are full so i never had to fill in) I will be calling Monday to speak to a manager to get Mai's last name as I want to fill a complaint against her nail/tech/esthetician full specialty license and suggest any one else who has had a botched eyebrow waxing service to do so as well. I wish I would have looked up the google reviews for this company before stepping through the door as I have now read 3 or 4 other reviews stated bad eyebrow waxing jobs. Read Less

I've never rated anything because I'm pretty lax and try to come up with excuses for people. My only excuse is they were exhausted-- I would have preferred them to just tell me to come back another time. I paid $70 to get a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrows to prepare for a wedding. The whole experience was regrettable. I had two ladies working on me which made the experience awful. The one doing my manicure did the WORST JOB. She did my manicure while standing up and she happened to be the same one doing my eyebrows. She cut me and most of my fingers were bleeding. She didn't paint my nails well either. I'm embarrassed to show my hands and eyebrows. I'd go somewhere else if i were you. I don't know if they would have refund me because I didn't express my anger to them but at that point no money back or service redo would make me feel better.Read Less

So I stopped by around 5:30 on Sunday evening. They actually close at 5 on Sundays, but the lady who did my nails (Tina) welcomed me anyway.I don't usually go to nail salons, ever. But for a special occasion, I wanted a manicure and pedicure. This store is very spacious, has nice equipment and nice chairs. Upscale and comfortable atmosphere. The ladies were very nice also, and didn't rush, (like one previous experience at another nail salon). I got a great price for my mani and pedi. I will absolutely return when I want nail services or other beauty services. Definitely bring your friends here! Read Less
