Literally the worst nail salon experience to date.
The young man literally dug into the sides of my toe and even after telling him he was hurting me multiple times he continued. Then he did my fill in. It doesn’t even look like I have a fill. He tried to fix my broken pinky and just slapped acrylic on and tried to shape it. My nail is so crooked it’s literally almost a 90 degree angle. Aside from the fact he used the wrong color pink for my fill so I have accidental ombré that I did not ask for.
So many better places.

I was referred here by a coworker and have been a customer since. Very professional and excellent service. Ms. Ann went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service.

Had better. They took others walkin that came in after me. Didn't put toe separators and was a very sloppy job. Feet got real cleaned by sitting in chair soaking for 40 minutes.. but the paint job...

I LOVE THIS PLACE.. I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years. I went to another salon one time because I was given a give certificate for my birthday to a upscale salon and ended up with a toe infection. The 15+years I have been with star nails I have never had a issue with toe nail fungus or toe infections. Ann and her staff have been nothing but wonderful and I have ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE ❣

They do a great job there. I went to other places and they did an awful job. I love Star Nails. Everybody that works there are wonderful and very friendly.

Impressed with the color options; disappointed with how my cuticles were cut--ouch! They also passed around the same clippers, and it did not seem like the best sanitary practices were observed. I'm not inclined to write a negative review, but the high ratings seemed misleading.

The young man literally dug into the sides of my toe and even after telling him he was hurting me multiple times he continued. Then he did my fill in. It doesn’t even look like I have a fill. He tried to fix my broken pinky and just slapped acrylic on and tried to shape it. My nail is so crooked it’s literally almost a 90 degree angle.
