AWESOME JOB!!! Very professional and very well speaking English and also they take their time with you which has two most salons tried to rush through the pedicures,manicures Etc. My daughter told me about this place a few months ago I stopped going to a local salon and tried it out and I will never go to another place again I will forever be a customer at Luxury Nails and Spa!!! I've lived in the area for years and always went to a shop in close proximity,well my 18 yr old daughter keep telling me how great luxury nails&spa is,so today Sunday 10/7/2017(which is a great thing because not many places aren't open on Sunday) I arrived was immediately greeted and given quite a few options to choose from, I chose the mint and spices! I would recommend this to any hard-working male or female that are on their feet for 6 to 12 hours a day, or with poor circulation like myself. The young man that worked with me was fantastic he made sure I was constantly comfortable during the whole session, I like the fact that it was about me and not other customers or other co-workers they solely focus on what they're doing which is another great thing for the company! My best friend recommended Luxury Nails & Spa to me. I had been to three salons in the last month, looking for the perfect spot. My meaning of perfect: clean, friendly, and a staff that interacts with their clients. I was looking for someone that knows nails and listens to their customer without breaking my bank. My nails were in horrible shape (literally the wrong shape for my fingers) when I came in to Luxury Nails. I wanted my nails to look natural and fit my fingers with my toe nails to match. I spent time with Rose while she did my toes. I couldn't make up my mind and spent about 10 minutes deciding on the toe color. I didn't once feel rushed or like I was taking up her time, like I have at other places. Rose and I laughed and she initiated great conversation with me. My toes turned out beautiful! Zoey did my fill... I showed her a picture of what I wanted and then changed my mind. She knew I wanted my nails to look natural, and asked me to let her show me what she was doing. They are better than I imagined! I know it's a big deal for some people to hear their nail tech speak their language, but Zoey and the rest of the staff didn't. There was no shouting or talking about the clients in their face. I give this place 5 stars and two thumbs up. The price for the service and time is beyond worth it! Not one to bash businesses, but I came in for a gel manicure and they shaped my nails absolutely horribly!! Sides of my nails were gone and slanted. my tips were pointy?? And she stated it is what I asked for, ( I asked for oval by the way) the gel was extremely bumpy and uneven. She was a nice women but the quality was not worth the money I paid. Read Less
