Went in with a friend for two pedicure's today. Waited 45min for them to start. They started my friend's 20min before mine.....got done at separate times and my friend had to wait on me forever. Didn'...
Went in with a friend for two pedicure's today. Waited 45min for them to start. They started my friend's 20min before mine.....got done at separate times and my friend had to wait on me forever. Didn't offer us any water or drinks. The lady kept hurting my toes with every nail tool, was uncomfortable and not relaxing.
They had 7 people waiting for services. They seemed very scattered and unorganized. Place was clean but the service was the worst I've had in over 15 years going to salons. This place is only good if you have 4 hours to waste for one pedicure and do not bring more than 1 person.
Will not recommend to anyone and will never return.

Absolutely LOVE this place. I would recommend it to anyone. It's clean and the people that work there are so accommodating. It's the best place I've found in 2 years. And the staff remembers who you are- that's makes a difference in my book. And they take their time!!! Most places I've felt rushed- like they want to get you in and out. Not here. And the massage time on the feet and legs is fantastic!

By far one of the best pedicures I ever had. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. My nail technician was very sweet and took the time to make sure my toes looked great. The cost was excellent compared to what I typically pay at home (in Pensacola for work). Â I'm very pleased and would highly recommend this salon to others looking for a relaxing pedicure.

I came to Nail World with a few of my friends for the first time today and it was absolutely awful!! I'm gonna try to make this quick but the nail techs jump from person to person not knowing where the other one left off. I had to get my nails RE-DONE TWO times because the first man messed them up and put to much polish to where the wouldn't dry. The owner then came and tried to fix them but told me i was going to have to pay 5 dollars because THEY messed my nails up. Long story short it is the worst service i have ever received at a nail shop. I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND NAIL WORLD.

I came in here an hour before closing and Tom did a full set for me. He took his time and my nails are beautiful. I will make the drive across town just to go here!!!! Definitely worth it.

Got a classic shellac pedicure with Kate. She was very attentive and did a nice job. I definitely would come back here. Only reason why I'm not giving this spa five stars is that the smell is a little overwhelming when you first walk in. You do get used to it though after being there a while but is very strong in the beginning. I thought the atmosphere was nice considering it is in a strip mall. The pedicure chairs are very modern and the massage that they give is relaxing. Also, I did find this place to be very clean and sterilization techniques were used. Walked right in with no wait. I paid $40 for a classic pedicure with shellac polish.

Came into town for a vacation, broke a nail And had to get it fixed, saw this place in a shopping center. The folks there are very nice and sweet. I ended up getting all of my nails done there. They turned out great! I was so happy with the end result. When I go back I will be stopping by there for nails.

Went in with a friend for two pedicure's today. Waited 45min for them to start. They started my friend's 20min before mine.....got done at separate times and my friend had to wait on me forever. By far one of the best pedicures I ever had. Very nice and relaxing atmosphere. My nail technician was very sweet and took the time to make sure my toes looked great. The cost was excellent compared to what I typically pay at home (in Pensacola for work). Â I'm very pleased and would highly recommend this salon to others looking for a relaxing pedicure.

I came to Nail World with a few of my friends for the first time today and it was absolutely awful!! I'm gonna try to make this quick but the nail techs jump from person to person not knowing where the other one left off. Got a classic shellac pedicure with Kate. She was very attentive and did a nice job. I definitely would come back here. Only reason why I'm not giving this spa five stars is that the smell is a little overwhelming when you first walk in. You do get used to it though after being there a while but is very strong in the beginning. I thought the atmosphere was nice considering it is in a strip mall. The pedicure chairs are very modern and the massage that they give is relaxing. Also, I did find this place to be very clean and sterilization techniques were used. Walked right in with no wait. Came into town for a vacation, broke a nail And had to get it fixed, saw this place in a shopping center. The folks there are very nice and sweet. I ended up getting all of my nails done there. They turned out great! I was so happy with the end result. When I go back I will be stopping by there for nails.
