Lying and cheating
I went there for hair cut with my son. We go there regularly and they recognize us, I trust them and gave credit card for charge and they charged without saying $20 instead of $16. ...

I went there for hair cut with my son. We go there regularly and they recognize us, I trust them and gave credit card for charge and they charged without saying $20 instead of $16. When I asked why 20 instead of 16 they said that's new price when board outside clearly says 8. They got $4 more one time but lost customer forever as to me this is clear cheating and lying.

I WENT TO STEVE AFTER A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD AT ANOTHER NAIL SALON.
STEVE IS THE BEST NAIL TECH I HAVE BEEN TO IN THIS AREA IN AT LEAST 10 YEARS OR LONGER!!
MY NAILS ARE ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAK...

HE AND HIS WIFE ARE SOOOOOO INCREDIBLY SWEET AND EXTREMELY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING!!!
HE HAD TO BASICALLY START ALL OVER FROM THE PREVIOUS NAIL TECH AT THE PREVIOUS SALON THAT I WENT TO EXACTLY 2 WEEKS AGO YESTERDAY.
I TAKE REALLY GREAT CARE OF MY NAILS
SO THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE WHY MY NAILS WERE IN THE CONDITION THAT THEY WERE IN WITH GREEN FUNGUSES (1 ON EACH OF 3 OF MY NAILS).
I WOULD RECOMMEND STEVE AND THIS SALON TO ANYONE, ( INCLUDING CELEBRITIES, AND ANYONE WHO IS A PERFECTIONIST)!!!
FYI, STEVE HAS BEEN DOING NAILS FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HE TAKES TIME WITH EACH OF HIS CLIENTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE TOTALLY ECSTATIC!!!
THEY TREAT EVERYONE WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT AND THE DESIRE TO MAKE EVERY CLIENT FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON THAT HAS SAT IN THEIR CHAIR!!!

Today was my first visit here and I was so pleased with my experience. Steve was so nice and friendly. My nails look just like the picture I showed him and I am so pleased with the quality of work....
Today was my first visit here and I was so pleased with my experience. Steve was so nice and friendly. My nails look just like the picture I showed him and I am so pleased with the quality of work. The price is very reasonable especially in comparison to other salons in town. I will definitely be back again. They gained a new customer today.

This nail salon is the best inPensacola. They do amazing work and I always get plenty of compliments on my nails. If you like personal, professional always able to get my appt. time to match my schedule you will love them. I get a relaxing chair massage with my pedicure. Steve is also a hair specialist and I am quite pickle about who cuts mine , Steve is the only one I let touch my hair. Once you try them you'll never go anywhere else.

Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful customer service!! As a customer we should be the main priority and made to feel like we matter and that we are important to the company. I wanted to treat my pregnant wife to a manicure and pedicure and called to try to schedule an appointment. When the Iindividual picked up the phone I told him this was my first time ever doing this and before I finished he hung up on me. When I called back he answered the phone with "What?" As I began to start talking he cut me off by saying "what do you want? I am very busy" with my frustration rising I told him I wanted to know prices for manicures and pedicures and he said 35 and hung up. It's just unset and horrible customer service!!!

I ordered the deluxe pedicure with the mask. They were very skimpy with both the salt scrub and the mask and only went up half of my calf. My daughter in law got the same package and received the same skimpy use of product. Her polish seemed gummy but we didn't say anything. About an hour later her big toe totally creased and was beyond self repair. Paying $8 more for the mask we not worth it.
