After patronizing this business since 2013 I have ended my relationship with them. Most times I have to wait 4/5hrs for Hang then in walks someone who’s signed in and left for hrs before I arrived that’s allowed to go before me but because I feel she do good nails I would stay. I’ve been loyal but yesterday I called at 415 to see how many she had the owner (the husband) said she had one and as long as I made it there before close I would be okay so I headed there. Arrived at 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) and went and signed in she (hang) was doing a pedi and had one other waiting that arrived right before me. I walked and used the restroom and when I came back she asked if I was also getting a pedi and I replied yes and a fill. She stated it would be too late because she had one other waiting mind you if you are there before 5pm you supposed to get serviced. I feel like because I’ve been faithful and spent hundreds of dollars in there because I go twice a month paying close to $64-$74 each visit times that to twelve months times 5yrs add that up but anyway I was not happy that I was told to come back on Friday. Smh in that type of business you shouldn’t pick and choose who to tell to come back or not🙄. I’ve NEVER been disrespectful and never caused any problems but from now on I’ll take my money where I am respected and treated right. Bad business and not cool. Read Less
