Chose this place from Yelp because I was looking for a place near where are buying a house. We have just moved tp Pensacola so I know very few people. By accident I got April first time. Perfect. I just got done having Britney Scott do my hair! Amazing! She listened to what I wanted which was a melted balayage highlight. She painted them on, did a cool toner and deep conditioner. I've been seeing April for a few years now and my color-treated hair has never been more healthy. She is super talented and creative not to mention she is also a certified Master Color Specialist! She listens when I explain how I want my hair cut and it always turns out perfect length and beautiful color...not 5-6 inches shorter than I described (which has happened to me more times than I care to remember at other high end salons). April is very sweet, friendly and professional as is her staff, especially her esthetician Binbin. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met! So if you're looking for a great salon experience you should definitely try Elements! Make sure you call or schedule online at least 3-4 weeks (maybe more) in advance because April stays booked! The stylist I use is Michael Gainer, and he is wonderful.  He does my hair, and my daughter's hair.  He is very knowledgeable with color, and gives a really good haircut as well.  His prices are right in line with other stylists I have used.  He is very friendly and professional, as is the rest of the staff at the Salon.  I would highly recommend Michael, and this salon to anyone.Update:  Michael is now at iSalon on Gregory St in downtown Pensacola.
