Nice place with friendly staff but if you're going to get a pedicure and have bony feet, make them aware of your bony spots first. The lady who did my feet sanded a half inch section of my foot off in a matter of 2 seconds. Very painful and will probably take weeks to heal. I'm positive she felt bad about it happening but it really shouldn't have happened in the first place, if she were properly trained. I have had many pedicures in my life and never had this happen. High quality salon and super nice people. Tyler gave me a perfect gel mani and a "marine" pedi yesterday. I am really happy I found him and this salon-looking at the clients sitting next to me it looks like everyone really takes pride in their work.I highly recommend trying these guys! I drive the 40 minutes to elegant nail spa for my fill and pedicure because no one in the area can beat their quality work. The customer service is impeccable and staff are so friendly. i had been going to this nail salon  for about 2 1/2 months, every 2 weeks. the last 4 appointments i saw mike.all of the nail techs there rushed me in and out like they didn't care about their work on me.i gave them all extremely high tips.i was very upset about my last appointment ( 2 weeks ago  especially about the way that he did my nails (they were an absolute wreck and when i went to another salon yesterday, they clipped my nails back and there were  3 green funguses (1 each on three of my nails.) the only reason why i am writing this review is not to harm their business but to let others know what to possibly expect if they go to elegant nails.i had to give them 1 star or i could not write this review, otherwise they wouldn't have gotten any stars. My first time here and Tyler did a great job! They opened at 9am and I was the first one in. I brought a friend with me and he got a Marine Pedicure which she took her time (1hr) and he loved it. I did my full set of acrylic nails somewhere else and they didn't do a good job so I came in here hoping for a better experience and I actually did. Fendy cut and reshaped my nails from a square to a coffin shape and I picked this absolutely stunning color. I'm in love. This fill cost $38 (I thought it was a little pricey but didn't mind paying because he did a decent job). And I was done in like 30 mins. Will definitely recommend and come back for more service. I quite enjoy this nail salon!I have been here 3 times, I believe. The staff is very friendly, and they seem to remember me when I come in, which is always nice. They will offer you water or wine if you like, and they are very nice and won't rush you through your services, even if they start to get busy. They sanitize all of their nail tools, and will get out a fresh batch for each customer. I think their prices are fair, especially for the job they do - which is better than many other salons I've tried out, even some in the area.No real complaints about this salon, nothing but positive things to say, and I will likely return for my next pedi! I requested an appointment through Yelp and had a response within 5 minutes. My first impression walking in was that this is a very spacious clean salon! I love that all the pedicure tools come out of a sanitary sealed package. The staff here is all very welcoming and friendly. I was offered a glass of complimentary wine upon settling into my pedicure. Although the space and customer service was outstanding, I am leaving 3 stars for workmanship; I don't recall a top coat of clear polish being added to my toes and the paint was chipping off of them within two days, my nails were shaped unevenly and some nails were cut shorter than other. After going to another salon in town disappointed, I tried elegant. I read the reviews online and came the next day when they opened. The place was super clean, and the family really nice. Kenny did my manicure and Fendy did my French dip gel set. The whole time I felt welcomed and Fendy took his time and paid attention to details. I decided to give this nail salon a try since my regular nail tech was completely booked for the next two days. Elegant Nail Salon is decorated very tastefully and is very clean.  You definitely get a lot of service for your money; I paid $65 for a gel manicure and a pedicure.  Both services included wax treatment; which I would of paid close to a $100 elsewhere.  The young lady who did my nails was very conscientious; and would keep asking if she was hurting me- which she wasn't.  I did have a couple of concerns:  The tech started to use the same instruments she had used for my pedicure on my manicure.  I requested she get a clean set of instruments before she proceeded with my manicure.  I'm not sure what the state laws are concerning this; but all the other times I've had a manicure and pedicure done at the same visit, the tech has always used a clean set of tools.  My second concern was the tech did not have me wash my hands after she had prepared my nails; however, she did spray them and wipe them.  Overall I would say I had a good experience except for the issues mentioned. Family operated with wonderful customer service......I was looking for a pedicure and needed an appointment for Friday at 7pm after dropping my son at his school dance. It appears that all salons close at 7pm so, I emailed Kenny and asked if they would stay open for 2 of us that evening. He immediately responded back and said they would be happy to accommodate. At 7pm we were warmly greeted by everyone and offered a complimentary glass of wine. This family is so friendly and our deluxe pedicure was first class. This will be the only place we go to from now on and we have already shared our wonderful experience with friends and family. Literally the best pedicure I've ever had. I'm writing this as I sit in the pedicure chair, and I've been here for about an hour and for $35 I got the deluxe. That's including paraffin, hot stones and hot towels.. also every massage in between. Ms Rupi was so amazing. haven't even gotten my nails or toes done yet but when I do I'll be back to update! 😊 Update: okay so they did absolutely amazing. Kenny was great with my nails. Just left Elegant Nail &a Spa and I can't compliment them enough!!! They're new, but so professional. The facility is very nice and everyone is eager to please. I had an acrylic fill, gel, polish, extra-deluxe pedicure AND had my brows waxed, so I tried it all and every service was fantastic! The pedicure was one of the best I've had in a long time, in fact. Now, unfortunately I'm just visiting from Los Angeles, so I can't be a regular, but as a high maintenance LA girl, trust me, you SHOULD be if you're in the Pensacola area! And go soon!
