I used to go here all the time, but this past time was disappointing. I arrived and waited for 37 minutes with my feet in the water for someone to work with me. I was also asked as soon as I sat down if I wanted wine, and I said yes, but had to ask a second time after waiting for 32 minutes for it to arrive. On top of that, they seemed stingy and upset about me wanting a wine that wasn’t sweet (coming from someone who understands a little bit of Vietnamese). I was looking forward to a pedi and mani. I wanted a clean and relaxing atmosphere. On a normal day this would probably be okay. However, the entire time I was getting my Elite pedicure done the alarm for one of their detection systems was chirping. They need to replace the battery. I told them 2 times to someone because it was getting irritating. By the time the young lady was done with my pedicure, I had enough of that high pitched noise and cancelled the manicure portion. They were very friendly and welcoming, offered water and hot tea during the visit and I had no wait time! My mom had a pedi done, everything was sanitary and clean. Her tech was friendly and helped her every step of the way, and did a great job. Even gave her the choice of a gel/regular polish of the same color. My nail tech also did a great job on my acrylic full set and did everything properly. Only bad thing is that she used the gel polish without my knowledge, and it was “too late to redo” by the time she took out the UV light (she had only done one coat on one hand). So she ended up charging an extra $20 on my service because she didn’t want to change the gel to a regular nail polish. She was also getting up many times, and was on her cell phone most of the time calling people (not accepting calls, but calling her husband, friends, and her son. She told me who she was calling beforehand) and she was using a Bluetooth headset so she couldn’t hear what I was saying when she asked me questions about my nails. Read Less

I went and had a pedi about an hour before they closed. I had the best elderly lady giving me an awesome pedi and then the owner comes over without notice, rubs my feet and says oh no she needs the $35 pedicure. ( because it's been a little bit since my last pedi ) so I had to intervene and tell My nail tech, no I just want the basic pedi. Then I guess that upset her because at closing my tech was about to polish and the owner comes over and pushes her out of the way and polishes my toes. As I'm sitting there trying to dry she turns the water on to clean the bowl and sprays water all over me without apologizing. Just rude . The little lady got a good tip but sad that the owner is so bold and pushy. Read Less

It's not the best pedi I've had and not the worst either..this girl who did my nails did it so quick and didn't even took her time. She charged me extra $5 for razor to remove my dead skins and said yes. She did it so fast that she didn't even got all of the dead skins and my feet feels rough NOT soft. I went here because it's a new place and close to home. This was my first time here. Was greeted and seated immediately. I got the express manicure and pedicure for $40. The place is really nice and clean and well decorated. All the equipment looks brand new. The technician I had was really thorough in doing my nails (such as shaping and doing my cuticles) but fast and efficient. My few complaints would be the language barrier it was really hard to understand what she was saying. The next would be the push for getting other services. Many times while getting my nails done she kept trying to up my nail package or get other services after repeatedly saying no. I could see myself returning. This place is nice and pretty clean and I wanted to like them more because the prices are so reasonable, but you get what you pay for. I've been in twice for gel nail polish manicure and the service itself was fine, but the mani didn't last as long as other salons work - only 2 weeks and barely that before the gel was peeling off. The location is relaxing (there is wine and relaxing music playing), the tools used are clean (sanitized with machinery in the back), staff are fun to talk to (we had an easy time communicating with what we wanted), and high quality for mani/pedis. Prices clearly shown on the wall as you walk in. Love the nail polish colors available. It is curious (and slightly worrisome) that some note the language barrier as being too great to surmount. Pedi and Gel color/fill was done very nicely, but I did not see a price list anywhere, and feel I may have been over charged for services. The offer of a drink (wine, water or soda) was an added bonus, but if that's what's driving up the prices, I'd rather do without. Not sure at this point whether or not I'll return. Even though I went on a busy Sunday, there is still no excuse for the service I received. I wanted a simple express manicure with gel. Three different people worked on me and I was there for something that should of taken 30, but took over an hour. My technicians kept disappearing. Also tried to work on two people at once. When I asked for the wait time, I got "just a minute". After filing my nails, she did not clean them and instead went straight into painting. So my nails look like painted over sand. Other women walked in who got specialty treatment over others. Even though I got an express,  I didn't not expect her throwing my hand around like she was in a nail filing competition. Lacks professionalism and there is a huge language barrier. I do not recommend. There are better and more experience salons near by. Hopefully things will change once they fix their shop dynamic and professionalism within it. Read Less

I did not have an appointment, so I waited a little to be seen, but was given a glass of wine while I waited. The pedicure chairs are very nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I'm only in town for a few weeks, and I'd previously had my nails done in CA. The guy didn't do a very good job. Jennifer was great helping to fix someone else mistake. She took her time filing my nails down so the acrylic wasn't so thick. She reshaped them and suggested a color that looks great with my skin tone. Prices are comparable to just about any other nail salon. I will definitely make it a point to stop here again before I leave town. Read Less

Sweet ladies. Very knowledgeable on what looks good on you. I took a very long time to pick out the colors for my mani & pedi but they were super patient with me. By the end of it, my nails were healthy & beautiful!Prices are what you would expect to see everywhere else. I always keep in mind these ladies have their own lives outside of customer service like: bills to pay, mouths to feed, come home to make food for their whole family, etc.. They have to work all day long to ensure we get the best service! They're hard working ladies. The language barrier doesn't bother me. I didn't make an appointment with them to ensure my slot, but they managed to put me in anyway. In the future, I will definitely call to make an appointment with them. I had a pedicure here and the service was good, it wasn't 5 stars and I base that on questionable hygiene practices and up-sell. The gal who did my nails did not take the tools from a sealed kit and rinsed my feet and calves with the water that I had been soaking in-I am used to having the sprayer used with clean fresh water, I didn't feel "clean". There was an up-sell almost constantly, which I understand as a new business, but once I say no, please stop trying to sell me more services. I love coming to this place! They have very reasonable prices compared to other nail spas in the area. The environment is clean and professional and the staff is very personable. They're open seven days a week and also offer 10% military discount. This is great seeing how it is very close to the naval air station. first time here! this place is amazing, super clean, the ladies are super nice and asked me twice if they could get me something to drink. i got a gel manicure and pedicure a total of 57 dollars, kind of expensive but worth the quality work they did, they painted my nails with meticulous detail, def going back. Been here twice and so far best place in pensacola i went in for my eyebrows the first time and they did an amazing job second time was for a full set with pedicure and they actually tale their time. The service is amazing.  I got a Mani/Pedi and wax.  The price was good too. The ladies there were super nice.  I'm not from here but if I was this is deff a place I would come back to.  This place is new so I thought I would check it out.  It's really nice in here.  Deff recommend to the locals.
