They need improve the customer services and respect the customers, specially while they work and talk each other. However most of them are very good doing nails. I would not recommend this place. I went in for a mani pedi. When I was done with my mani. There was dirt or remnants of my previous mani. My nails were uneven and bumpy. I simply asked the lady not to put any polish on my nails. I paid and left. Absolute worst. Read Less

Although I had one good experience with a pedicure guy with tattoos. That's the only good experience I've had to be honest. I went other times and they made me pay for things I didn't even get... which was crazy but I guess you just finessing. Then the gel nails are such bad quality, I never leave satisfied with my manicures from here, and only left satisfied that one time lol. If there was negative stars I would give that. Got a gel manicure there last night, and it was the worst paint job in he world! The edges were sloppy, paint all over my skin on the sides and the top. Asked the manager if I can come in the next day to redo them free of charge, she said yes no problem. Just left the salon and guess what....just as an awful of a job. I’m so mad I could cry! They are so bad I need to go to another salon to get them redone for the third time in two days. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! $65 dollars to have to go elsewhere and do them all over again. Don’t come here! Tracy(Traci or Tracey??) was my mani/Venetian pedi($45) tech and she was awesome! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and she was very gentle and kept asking me if I was fine the whole service time. She was polite and held great conversation, and did a great job with my nails! Read Less

Overcharged Sent my daughter to do her nails like I do usually do and she got a full set with gel polish somehow she ended up being charged for gel full set PLUS gel polish. $81 never again And it's unfortunate because we always go there every 2 weeks religiously. Read Less

Wish I could post a picture of my foot. Painful Pedicure. The technician “buffed” the top of my nails but rubbed so hard and erratically that it tore my skin. The moment my foot went back into the water it was painful. Three days later it still hurts when water touches my foot, and I have open wounds on my 3 left toes near my nails. I should’ve asked for a refund, but I just left quietly and resolved never to return. This place is awful....all they do is the limited smith necessary. They will never stay open until the hours posted the door. They constantly try to leave early. The staff never speaks English in front of you when speaking to each other. It's a shame when a business doesn't want to make money and actually keep their doors open. Will never return. 64$ for a fill and a pedicure. I asked for an acrylic fill and gel polish on my hands and regular polish on my toes . They said I would get a complimentary glass of wine and was never offered a glass. The acrylic fill was "17$" and my pedicure was "47$"? When I made the appointment I specified that there would be 3 people and none of us were sitting together forcing us to either be quiet or practically shout in what is suppose to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I've never felt worse after coming out of a place. I have naturally thick eyebrows. I LOVE them. I walked out of there and they stole my brows. I've never felt more horrible about myself. I can't stop balling my eyes out over what they did to my brows. I paid an extra $6 for the callous scrub and lavender scrub and by the time I'm putting on my shoes to leave I notice that there's skim hanging from my feet. And the lady I did my nails with filed my nails, painted them, and then filed them again. Because she did that the sides of my nails are completely bare. I came in to get a gel manicure and within a couple of days a nail chipped and I came back and it was fixed without a problem. The following day, another nail chipped but I was about 2 hours away, came back today and I was helped without a problem-it's important to remember who did your nails so they can fix it. Gel manicure is $30 and a spa pedicure is $26-a little pricey but they have great customer service. Note-coming in Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning when they open is less busy. Read Less

A very half ass pedicure, the tech said because it was basic pedicure, it's basically a water pedicure. He did not add any soaks to the water. Barely did the cuticles, and foot scrub. I ve been there several times just because it is close to my house, however the service is terrible and the pedi poor quality. The lady is always in a rush and always complaining. Not even worth one star honestly... I've given them TWO chances... I paid $56 for a half ass hot stone pedicure and $56 on a gel full set and after 4 days they fell off. It's a beautiful place but the service wasn't all that great. I got a service that included like 6 things and I only got 2. After my feet were done, the lady started painting my toes and skin. I figured she'd clean it off when she was done... she didn't. Is that something I had to seriously request to be done? When I got home the polish bubbled and my toes looked like they had herpes bumps on the nail. It was weird and gross. I left it for and non few days cause I didn't have time acetone at home but it didn't matter cause the polish chipped off by the third day anyways. Don't waste your money here. Read Less

I have been to this nail spa on two occasions. My first experience was ok but not excellent. I was a walk -in for a mani & pedi. I was attended by a male who was more interested in watching the TV screen than focusing on the client. Also rushed throught the process and did not pay attention to detail when polishing nails. Polish looked streaky and uneven. Did not clean cuticle and sides well, he also layered it so thick it almost never dried. I decided to give it a second chance...also got another male (someone else) to do my mani and pedi. He did an excellent job as far as technique. Paid great attention to deatail, took his time, made polish look even, he cleaned sides & cuticle well. Great mani and pedi but he had ZERO personality. Had a flat affect the entire time, not friendly, minimal eye contact, and no conversation. Service felt cold and a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if I will be returning. I love the Salon and its location. I like the flexibity to be a walk-in and the short wait time, but I have not been able to find the perfect nail tech. yet. Tons of people work there, so I might consider giving it one more shot someday with a new tech. If anyone has had a great experience here please share who your tech was. Read Less
