Do yourself a favor and don't even try this place! I had read several glowing reviews and thought to give this place a shot. I called and made an appointment since nail places can get busy. I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment and the manager, I guess that's what he was told me it would be a few minutes. I said that was fine, no problem. My first impression of this man is that he was either irritated or angry, but I didn't read too much into it. I picked out a color, and was asked several times what my name was and if I had an appointment. Which I gave the info, I was told again to wait a couple minutes, which I was fine with, no big deal. The manager guy then clarifies that I am there for a mani pedi. I confirm, usually places ask you if you want to start with your mani first or pedi first. This manager didn't and motioned for me to go sit in one of the pedi chairs. I didn't like this, but I shrugged it off as no big deal. He opened the water, didn't ask if it was hot or cold, said something to one of the techs seated nearby and then walked to the back of the room. The tub filled up and then the tech came and shut off the water. The manager then walked past me several times, not once did he assure me that someone would be right with me, or that it would be a minute, or point out who I should expect would be with me. I waited for 5 minutes, and the water was now getting cold, the manager comes by and turns on the jets to the tub thing and again walks away, and doesn't say anything. At this point, I just didn't have a good vibe about staying and giving this place my business, so I got my feet out dried them off and walked out. No one came after me, or tried to stop me.
