Me spa is fantastic. It is conveniently located in an upscale shopping area and the spa is a calm and beautiful. My sister and I booked facials and were quickly ushered into a lovely lounge area with showers, changing area, lots of mirrors, complementary beauty products and wooden lockers. A staff member offered us soft heavy robes and sandals and guided us to a separate waiting room with deep, comfy chairs. We received a complimentary foot soak and a cup of tea while we were waiting.But it was the facial that really impressed us. We usually go to NYC for facials, so we were not expecting a top notch experience. Wow! Both Krystal and Amanda were amazing. Took my mom here as a gift in early February on her birthday. We did not know what to expect, since it was our first time ever coming to a spa. And it was amazing!! We were treated like royals since we stepped in, haha. Everyone was very nice. The therapists were great! My husband surprised me with an 80min signature spa package for my birthday. Being pregnant it was the perfect gift. When I arrived I was greeted with big smiles as if they were expecting me (which they were) but it’s always nice to receive such a welcoming. They happily tailored my package to suit my pregnancy needs...which I greatly appreciated. I waited no time before being taken to change and prepare for my day. I had Jonathan as my massage therapist and he was awesome! H...e was very pleasant and polite always checking I was comfortable. (Actually I need to return to give him a tip...which I will)! I had Jenny as my nail technician and she also did a fabulous job....I fell asleep and woke up to beautiful nails. I live an hour away but it’s well worth the trip and I will definitely return. I have visited this place twice and LOVE IT!!! The location is easily accessible with convenient shopping and restaurant near by. The place is clean, quiet and the front entrance is inviting. The first time they request that you come in to fill out a generalized questionnaire so that they have a better under understanding of your skin etc...I have had a manicure and pedicure each time WORTH IT!!! The technicians are amazing!!! They are so welcoming and kind without being too talkative...very professional. The area for the pedicure is in a large room that is further separated by curtains. The room is dimly lit and very quiet-I love this as you can really unwind and hear no one as you relax and enjoy. The pedicure is amazing!! I won't go into details as I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the novelty of the zero gravity chairs. I also treated myself to a facial on a separate occasion-again very relaxing, great attention to detail and very relaxing.  You have to check this place out. Read Less

Ok where do I start? The facility itself is nice. Well maintained, calming and clean. I went with 3 friends on Christmas even to pamper ourselves- we arrived early and filled out the typical paper work. We were then taken to the locker room where we changed into our robes. They then took us to the relaxation room for a complimentary foot soak. Then each masseuse came in and called us individually. My massage SUCKED. My masseuse's name was Andrea. I don't know  if she was new or not in the mood to be working of Christmas Eve but that had to be the worst massage I've ever had. It felt rushed and unorganized. The pressure she used was ok but wasn't consistent. She did no breathing exercises with me, I did not pick my scent or get a massage on my chest or neck or scalp at all (all 3 of my friends got this and a lot more that mine didn't do) All 3 of my friends were really satisfied with their masseuses and sharing their positive experience and all their masseuses did made me even more so upset. This is my local go to day spa, and it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly, the place is clean, and their services are wonderful. Make sure to get there 30 mins early to fill out paperwork if it's your first time, but more importantly, to spend some time in the relaxation room before your service. When they first bring you back, you will be taken to the locker room to change into your robe and sandals. After that, you are taken to the relaxation room where you sit in a comfy chair with your feet in a bowl of warm water and a bath bomb (scent of your choice). They offer you hot tea or water, and provide a warm neck wrap while you wait. I've had the signature 50 min massage several times, and I always thoroughly enjoy it. They add a lot of unique special touches to the massage to make it special to ME Spa. A must-do at least once is a pedicure there. It's an experience like no other pedicure I've had anywhere else. I've had massages at several places and I must say having my first and last deep tissue massage here was quite a disappointment. My rating originally would have been 2 stars however with having informed the supervisor she helped to rectify the situation. Long story short I booked a couples deep-tissue massage in the same room. We checked in we received our complimentary foot soak and after some time in the relaxation room our masseuse came and took us to the room where we would get our massages. Upon climbing onto the bed I noticed the bed was not warmed at which point I made mention to my masseuse who, I will not name. She informed me that there were no outlets in the room to warm the beds or something to that effect(I checked after and there were several). That should have been a red flag, but I proceeded nonetheless because I was in dire need of this service at the time. I had to point out to my masseuse that I was cold and she tried to keep me warm with a warm towel, but that was only for so long. I was so uncomfortable, I was even more tense. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday by my wonderful girlfriend's!! Finally got to used it yesterday. I booked a 60 minute facial and a 90 minute deep tissue massage, both services offered in thier brochure. I received a 50 minute facial and 80 minute massage. But was charged for the brochure advertised price. Was not impressed with either service, especially the facial, she rubbed about 6 different products on my face and rubbed my shoulders a little bit and called a day. I was not impressed at all with my experience and sorry to say I will not return or recommend. For the amount of money you charge, I expected much better service. Very disappointing. Read Less

I've been coming to this location for years, and I've never had a facial as good as the one provided by Prietta.  Wow.  She was pleasant and professional, and most importantly had a technique that almost put me to sleep - I was that relaxed.  Methodical strokes with just the right pressure -- Prietta has the touch. As a birthday gift I received a "ME SPA Signature Massage 80 minute". What an amazing gift I must say. Let me start by saying I've had a massage envy membership for a little less than 2 years, this place beats it by a LONG shot. It will take 3 envy sessions to compare to one of Kimberly's session but we'll get to her shortly. Like they say though, you get what you pay for. Even tho I am very grateful for some very good treatments at envy In the past, it is a hit and miss with the masseuses. Back to ME Spa. The service here was excellent! The ambiance was beautiful, relaxing. Staff was very professional and attentive. Let me not give too much away, you should really see for yourself. I truly want to give a very very very special thanks to Kimberly Diaz for an AMAZING massage. Her skills are above average. Hands were amazing. So professional. Caught myself drooling 3 times! I wanted to do something nice for my wife's birthday so I started to google day spas. Right away Me spa popped up since we live in Pembroke Pines. I called them up & over the phone I was able to purchased & reserve a great deep tissue massage with warm oil for foot rub, hands where also done. My wife loved it she keeps raving on how clean this place was & how amazing the entire experience was. Thanks to Me spa I'm a hero now Lol. I received an amazing and relaxing facial from Liza. She was kind and personable and was just all around GREAT! As soon as the service was over she asked how I was and my exact response was "I don't want to leave!" Prior to the service she took a moment to listen to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve. She tailored the products used to my needs and I walked out with my face feeling soft and so moisturized. As for the spa itself, it is truly one of my faves. Had a Wonderful Spa Day! Third visit here, and each was great, but was the best by far! Jennifer, the manager worked out a kink and her main focus was for me to enjoy my services and not worry! Really appreciated that. GUSMIT!!!!!! Her service was impeccable! Best manicure and spa pedicure EVER! She cleaned, trimmed, primped all my fingers and toes. The spa pedicure is like no other in their anti-gravity chair....pure BLISS!!! Excellent service, will return and absolutely would recommend Gusmit! Entire staff was pleasant and helpful! I bought a Groupon for my mother for mother's day and it expired on July 10, 2017, of course my mother didn't notice and called on July 18 to make her appointment. However, It has happened before that our groupon expires and the location always extend the voucher. When I paid for the Groupon I paid for a 50 min deep tissue massage, oil for her feet and a product to take home. Me Spa decided to extend the Gropon to my mother but took the oil in the feet off and the product to take home and on top of that they were charging her $15.00 for the difference of the massage. 0 courtesy. I decided to loose my money than to give it to a spa with zero courtesy. my voucher was only expired for 8 days and they couldn't work with me to at least win a new costumer. My mom is a massage lover an great tipper and they lost that. I am giving them 1 star because they had zero desire to work with me . Read Less

HORRIBLE!!! Someone gave me a gift card because I needed some time to relax. I had an appointment with Kimberley and was advised to be there 30 mins early. I waited in an uncomfortable chair for 45 mins while they catered to all of the "Groupon" customers coming in and the confusion that was definitely apparent by that chaos. It was stressful just sitting there. Then Kimberley comes and tells me they're out of all the fragrances except for two that I can't stand. Really?!? ...Grab it off the retail shelf...why not??? I said "no thanks" and I left. Anyone know where I can trade a gift card? My friend's physical therapist is awesome and she highly recommends Hand and Stone Spa in Pines. I have never walked out of the spa feeling more stressed out than I did walking in until today. Love this spa. I had a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure (in that order) Everything and everyone was great until I got my manicure, she nicked a couple of my fingers, one hurts very bad and has bleed a couple times during the day. Everything looks and feels very clean, so I bumped up my rating by a star because of it.  I got a facial that left me with some pimples on my face and upper chest.  I can't remember the last time I had a pimple.  10 years, maybe.  It just wasn't the greatest spa experience.  They have a pitcher of water and one of those commercial dispensers with one type of brewed hot tea.  Other spas I've been to had a variety of luxury teas to choose from, and the water has sliced cucumbers and citrus in it.  Not this place.My mani pedi was disappointing. The OPI nail polish used was thick and gloppy. They should have thrown it out.  It also went on very thick and gloppy.  :-(  OPI is a good brand, but this spa apparently doesn't refresh their stock often enough.  The nail polish went on so thick that it looks like a kid did my toes. They did not dry smoothly. You can see where the second coat she put didn't completely overlap the first on every nail. It also all looks very rough, and three of them looks like a prune's skin after it dried because it went on extra, extra thick.  My fingernails look better, but I look like I have press-on nails because it's so thick and rounded over the front edge.  This has to be the worst professional mani pedi ever. I at least felt like they follow good hygiene practices.  They use bowls for foot soaking (rather than the jet baths that easily harbor diseases), and as soon as my manicure was done, I saw the lady take all the implements away to get santized.  And the fact that the entire place looks and feels clean and new is a huge plus. Great spa ambiance, clean facility and attentive staff. Been here many times and they continue to meet my expectations. I had the signature massage and my masseuse Susan was wonderful. She incorporated some reflexology into the massage and took the experience to the next level. Their prices are typical for a 50 minute massage but you may be paying more for the facility location. This is my 4th time visiting me spa and upon check out, every single time, before I was told my total, I was forced to address a tip! Really. How sad it has become the way tips are handled these days. Is it no longer my choice as a patron to get to decide if I'm going to leave a tip? I always do, that's not the point. But it feels as if I'm supposed to. I beg-to-differ. I don't ever remember having to address someone's tip before I'm even told what my total is. I was appauld but it didn't stop me from going back because service is outstanding, and I wanted to see if this was across the board treatment. Well today Rachael got the biggest thank you from me. She redeemed the spa for me.Also, thank you Amber and Jessica and Amanda for your subperb service with my hands and feet. Amber you are so thorough with your work. The way you took your time and care with my cuticles and my broken toenail had me feeling like the I am Queen. My nail looks marvelous. And Jessica, you were the first one to give me a pedi and just like a baby I fell asleep in your care. I hope I didn't drool.The bath bombs that are used in the mani and pedi bowls smell so good. It's one of the things I look forward to. And the lavender body lotion I purchased a month ago is still a favorite. I'm looking forward to my future visits. Amazing service by JESSICA my therapist, however : whoever was at the desk was extremely unfriendly. Had I been told that my therapist was running a bit late I would have been understanding. But this young woman didn't even inform me of anything and made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience to the entire staff. Ten minutes AFTER my appointment time I finally walked back upfront (because I honestly thought I had been forgotten about in the 'relaxation room' which was being cleaned by another staff member , in an extremely loud manner.) To which I was met which rude remarks about how she JUST FINISHED her service, acting like I'm impatient because it's 5:45 and my service was supposed to start at 5:30. Uh. Okay.
