First time going today and had the worst experience, never coming back. I get to the place and have a seat and people that came after me got taken care of first and they didn’t have an appointment I asked. And they did a terrible job at informing me about their prices, they didn’t tell me how much it was to take off the nail polish and did it for me and found out it was an extra 20. It’s also an extra 20 for just doing gel polish for your feet. Do not come to this place. Terrible service and I was not happy with any end result, they did nothing to make my experience better especially when the owner knew people went before me and I waited for more than just an hour. The owner did nothing to refund me the extra amount I did not know was getting charged for. They even charged me to tip despite getting the worse experience and my nails came out looking terrible !!! I discovered this place by accident about 8 months ago. I loved the service and the ambiance. I visited last month and was sorely surprised by the changes. They didn't have the top line supplies, the front shelves now look bare and pieced together. The technicians started pushing services that I didn't ask for. It has lost its luster. The most awful experience i have EVER had a nail salon! From beginning to end. Something told me to leave when i was just there for 5 mins but i decided to give them a chance and i regret it!!!! The young lady upfront is careless! It was my first time there, i told her my name n appt time. She looks to the computer and asks, hi you have an appt? I said, yes...i just told you that. She leaves (doesnt say anything) im standing there like an idiot and she comes back asks a few awkward questions ive never been asked before. I continue to stand there while she says nothing...i ask, where do i pick a color? She then says Oh yea!! Come this way...ok i pick a color, im wondering who is gonna do my nails. I go back to ask her and the guy was sitting 2 feet away from me and didnt bother to say hi to let me know he was doing my nails. I follow him to the seats to do my toes and he says nothing im just standing there not know where to sit, i had to ask one of the other nail techs bc he didnt speak any english.i tell them i have gel on my nails, i need foil to wrap my fingers. "Ok later" 45 mins later!! He still doing my toes and no one has come to put foil. (They had offered me water and i never got it) i flag down someone she starts and leaves...someone else comes but with no foil, finally she gets the foil....im not exaggerating she drenches my fingers in acetone!!!!! At this point, ive had three people paint my toes while shes showering me with acetone! Finally my toes are done after probably over an hour my butt was sore!!!! I tell her i want glitter on one nail i show her which one. She looks looks comes back, "no more" im like ok. Then When it comes time to paint my nails she goes to point out "another" glitter and I said i thought that's the one you told me you did not have,She gets up again and a matter of seconds finds the one she told me she had no more of!!!!! To wrap this up, bc theres alot more to say...she took another hour + to do my nails. My back was killing me!!! I go to pay, i give a $3 tip (lucky they got anything) and the  little girl is like $3? I use to come here a lot and I was in the area so I decided to get a pedicure done. The nail tech cut my big toe and she didnt even use the scraper tool for my cuticles instead she scraped it with the cuticle cutter. I have been coming to this salon a little over a year. I will not try any other salon unless they close. My nail tech Jessica is the bomb.com. She is very friendly and does my nails perfect everytime. I have absolutely no complaints. Ever since I started coming here my nails have been super healthy. I started with very short nails and i now have long fabulous nails thanks to the nexgen dip and Jessica. I have sat with Michelle and tony as well and they are also good. Best part is how clean and sanitary they are. Huge plus! You walk in and it doesn't have that over powering alcohol or acrylic smell. I have referred my sisters and friends who now also come to the salon regularly. I rave about my nail place every time someone compliments my nails. Read Less

The place is nice and everyone is pleasant.  The first time I went I had a good experience, the young girl was very skilled.  The second time I went I had also a good experience, I really like the massage chairs.  The problem is the second time I got an older lady Ana and she butchered me.  My toe is red and painful, I went to urgent care and they said it's not infected but gave me antibiotics in case.  They said there was a deep cut and to be careful as the nail,grows cause it could cause a bad case of ingrown.  She also cut too deep into one of my thumbs.  Geez she is just awful avoid her at all costs!  I would like to add that the polish looks awful! My experience at Caesar’s Nail & S.P.A. was an overall enjoyable one. The manicurists were all punctual, courteous, and extremely professional! This nail spa was recommended to me from a friend and I drove all the way from Wilton Manors (a 30 min. + drive) and I have to say it was worth the gas! What I loved most about my experience was the ambience of the inside of the spa- very clean, hygienic, and luxurious. I really wanna give this place 5 stars but I can't. Everything was perfect. They took their sweet time with you, didn't rush through anything. They cleaned my feet very well. Everything was perfect! But the problem wasn't with them. The problem was with their nail products. Within one week my OPI gel mani was lifting on all my fingers. And when I took a look at my toes, two of them were completely missing the nail polish. Not cracked or scratched. Missing. Gone. Poof. Without leaving any proof that I had nail polish on those two toes lol. They worked hard and took their time but idk why this happened. And honestly it shouldn't for the price of $65! I cannot stress this enough.....do not get your manicure or pedicure here.  The technicians are simply terrible except for Maggie.  It's like throwing away your money.  I went for a pedicure and I can't begin to tell you how bad it was.  I had to voice my opinion and when another technician attempted to fix it, it was just as bad.  You would think that the owner would have approached me to confirm I was a satisfied costumer.  How I miss living waters day spa. I love this place! The atmosphere is great and everybody is really nice! I've been going here for about 5 months now and I've never been the type to get my nails done ever bc I'm so picky and I own over 200 bottles of nail polish so I always figured, why pay to have my nails done when I can do them myself and I have so many options? Well I went in for a nail repair the first time and I'll never do my own nails again as long as I can afford it! I LOVE nexgen! They literally last as long as you want them to. I've gone up to 4 weeks and could go longer if I wanted to. No chips, breaks, or cracks! The only thing you have to worry abt is the grow-out if that bothers you. If your tough on your hands or have a job where your working with your hands a lot but also still want to have nice nails then do Nexgen! I would recommend Nexgen to all women who don't do their nails every week and dont have super hard natural nails that never break (like my stepmom lol). My usual nail tech is Michelle and I love her! I've also gone with Johnny and he is good as well. I've never had any issues and my nails are always perfect! The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is for the comfort & look of the place. However, that all goes out the window when you look down at your pedicure and it looks like a 4 year old painted your nails. I also did the "NexGen" nails and I'm not a fan.  Not shiny at all. After getting my nails done with Pilard, I'll probably never go anywhere else. After the bad experience with a close by nail salon I was unsure aboit trying anyone else. Pilard fixed what the other places screwed up and my nails look gorgeous! She's very down to earth, funny and makes you feel comfortable. It helps that Matthew the receptionist is very welcoming and sweet. He also makes you feel comfortable & welcomed. You don't feel out of place there, they welcome you right in. Honestly, it can get a bit pricey. But, I rather pay money for my nails to be nice and neat, than to pay pennies for a garbage job. Love this place! Read Less

I was in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure and I thought they did a good job for a reasonable price. For a manicure + pedicure, it will cost you $40 -- I'm used to paying ~$30 in SF and NY, but $40 wasn't terrible and I needed something I could do a walk-in for.This place is in the SilverLake shopping center so it's convenient if you're getting other errands done, and there is ample parking. The inside is huge and has tons of pedicure chairs and lots of places for them to paint your fingernails. They have TVs, chairs that have massagers built in, and a bar so you can order drinks. They also have free WiFi, just ask them for the password.The person doing my nails did a thorough job; I was pleased with how my nails turned out. They only have one person doing your feet and then they will do your hands afterwards, so the timing is a bit on the slower side; I'd budget about an hour or so for them to a mani + pedi. I was a in a bit of a hurry, so I don't think I was able to get as much time / attention as I would have liked on my hands, but they still turned out well. Overall, a great experience. Slightly higher price than I'm used to paying for, but not outrageous, and slightly slower in terms of how long it takes, but they do pay attention to detail, so props for that. Have to give three stars for this place. The people were nice and I was able to get a good pedicure, but definitely give only three stars for my full set of NexGen nails. They look ok, but the filing is very uneven. I mentioned it to the nail tech and he fixed two of them, but didn't bother to fix the other five fingers that were also uneven. If I hadn't mentioned it to him, he wouldn't have noticed - it isn't difficult to see an unevenly filed nail, especially for a nailtech. He was nice about it though, just not enough attention to detail. I believe since this place is fairly new, the staff is as well. They do sell mixed drinks from a bar along with coffee and tea, so that's a plus... perhaps that has to do with why the nail tech files crooked nails?? Not sure...  I would go back for a pedicure and maybe a natural nail manicure - but not for nail enhancements. Read Less

This is my new favorite nail spot! My co-worker recommended this salon for their NextGen Dipping Powder Gel and I love it! Those are my natural nails...no fake tips! My nails feel stronger and yet, lighter than they do with the tips/acrylics combo. NexGen is a calcium & vitamin E infused powder that dries hard and still is breathable and allows the nail to grow. My pedicure was perfect, too! Chantel custom blended two colors for my pedi and made me a  delicious cappuccino (love my coffee!). Jessica did my gorgeous manicure. She took her time and explained the product very well. I got an education on the scams and sub-par products some salons are using. Impromptu visit to the salon for the first time. Needed an emergency gel mani. Got there an hour before closing and usually other salons have a cut of time the manager told me to come right in without hesitation. My nail tech was Chantal! And she was absolutely amazing, convinced me to finally try Nexgen and explained the whole process along the way. Everything was finely sterilized and clean. I really want to like this place which is why I'm giving them a chance to right their wrongs today.I went in Saturday morning for a gel mani and a regular pedi. I normally go to the Miramar Nail Lounge but it's a bit out of the way. I figured I would try Caesar's as it is literally at the corner of my neighborhood. The inside is amazing. Very clean very organized & very comfortable. I had a 9 am appointment and was seated and had my pedicure started it was great. When it came to my gel mani Paola was my assigned technician. Let me start my saying I'm not a fan of the combo mani pedi deal. I like to enjoy my pedi and then move on to my mani. She started with my nails and off the bat I was a little unhappy at the fact that she buffed my nails with a fine texture nail block. I know that this is an necessary step and actually causes the nail to thin out and can increase the chance of peeling or breaks. Once she realized she couldn't complete the gel mani at the pedi chair she told me she would do the polish at her work station. She started on my mani and I knew there was going to be an issue . She didn't paint the full nail EVER. Either she didn't want to take the time to clean the nail to ensure full coverage or she is lacking on education but, by the time she was done I looked like I had this manicure for 4 days (it looked totally grown out, air bubbles in the polish, and frankly a little messy).I paid and walked out. When I left I called the salon and spoke to Andy (I believe he is the manager) I told him about the situation and how I would like them to correct it. Impromptu mani-pedi with my Biffie to start off the week at a brand new Nail Spa in the neighborhood. First impressions are everlasting and this one was excellent.This establishment just opened less than a week ago, they are running a 20% discount so we decided to run in without an appointment. We were greeted with welcoming smiles.The place is GORGEOUS, very spacious, very well laid out (I'm an interior designer, so I look for good flow and ambiance.) The product selection was great, DND, OPI, Essie.My services were provided by Amy, who was beautiful, well dressed and very customer-service oriented. She cared about my needs and wanted to ensure that I had a relaxing/enjoyable experience. Other techs interacted with us and treated us like friends visiting for lunch. John even served us wine from their beautiful wine bar.My friend and I joked that we had been going to another nail salon for over 5-years and they didn't even know our names.My mani-pedi was done beautifully, great massage too. I had the Signature Spa Pedicure, PERFECT!They have hair stations and a beautiful color bar too.And best of all it's right here in the SilverLakes Shoppes, walking distance from home.Wishing them a long successful business, can't wait to go back.
