I have been coming here for awhile and many of my friends do too. They are very friendly here. I get a manicure and pedicure and I am regular here. They do a great job and it's very clean and well maintained. You have massage chairs to sit in while you are getting a pedicure.

I came in for gel polish and a pedicure a week ago. since then, I have had 2 nails break. I came in today to have my nail repaired for the second time and was told that I had to wait 30-45 minutes to soak off my broken nail. After waiting 30-45 minutes I would have to wait another 20 minutes to soak off. The manager was completely unprofessional, arguing with me when I asked him to soak off my nail right away to save time. He threatened to call the authorities on me, because I discussed the poor customer service with someone in the salon. While doing another women's nails, he proceeded to speak loudly over her with obvious frustration, arguing with me accusing me of not being a good person! He said "it doesn't matter if it's 1 nail or 10 nails, you need to wait! "No one is going to do anything for you" I am appalled by the treatment that I received by the owner of this salon. Less than a week ago, I spent over 70 dollars getting my nails done here, only to return with a problem and to be treated so badly! It would have taken 30 seconds to apply foil to my 1 finger and cut my wait time down. The time and energy he spent telling me I was not a priority lasted about 10 minutes and instead of trying to fix the problem, he was aggressive and escalated the problem with no attempt at finding a solution. This business is poorly run, it was my first time having gel polish done there and I had 2 nails break in less than a week, only to be chastised and inconvenienced when I returned to have it fixed. I am not an unreasonable person. I did not expect to walk in and be waited on immediately, I don't mind waiting my turn, BUT, I do mind being treated like I am unimportant and my time is invaluable. Waiting 30-45 minutes for a soak off on 1 nail is something that takes 30 seconds. The owner made absolutely no attempt to accommodate me, but became hostile and argumentative. With a nail salon practically every 3 blocks one would think customer service has some importance! I do not recommend this salon, and I will not be returning.

I just moved to the area and I have been there twice, but I will never go there again. The owner did dip on my nails and he ruined them. When I went back for the second time, they simply couldn't remove the old dip because the owner had done a terrible job. The other people that work there told me that the reason they couldn't remove it was because of the bad technique that was applied to my nail. For one hour they tried to remove it and they couldn't. I had to go home with pieces of the old dip as you can see in the picture. DO NOT recommend this place

I brought my daughter in as a walk in. They were courteous and pleasant. They were able to take her right away. She had a spa pedicure and a gel dip manicure. The nail technician, Mike, was helpful with her color choices and explained thoroughly how the dip process was compared to the gel liquid. The pedicure machine was clean. They used disposable liners and disposable products for the pedicure. The nail clippers and cuticle tools were freshly opened from a sanitized bag. I would recommend going to this salon!

I was a very loyal patron of this salon for a couple years. I only stopped going because I moved far out of the area. The owners are very nice and their daughter was often there during the summer or after school (very well behaved) which I felt gave it a small business feel, which I really enjoyed.
I know there are a ton of bad reviews on Google for this place, which I have to say, is very surprising. It's not like I was a one-time customer and based my opinion on the business on one bad experience. I repeatedly received excellent service from not just the owners, but several other techs while during all my visits.
I will say that they frequently get busy, even during weekdays, so I can see how someone might get impatient. I believe there is a certain type of clientele that will still appreciate the way this business is run. If you're looking for a super high fashion/high tech place, this is not it. It's a small business and runs like it, and I mean that as the utmost compliment. I've been gone from the area for 3 or so years now and I still haven't found a nail salon to replace this one.

Rude and unfriendly customer service. I give it 2 stars because the actual manicure was fine. No real complaints there. But the girls who work here all had sour attitudes. When picking out colors from the gels, one girl sat there and said "I don't even know if we have that color"...... I was like, okay..... so check? Then she got up and they had the color. After asking about different services, I felt like she didn't know how to answer any questions. She told me some prices and I said "wow that's such a low price" and she goes "I said I THINK it's that much I DONT KNOW". My mom and I walked out of here shocked and how rude everyone was.

So this is my second time here, I called ahead to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were able to take me right away which was great! I walked in and it wasn't too busy, I was seated right away. The guy who was doing my nails seemed to be either the manager or the owner, he was friendly. There was nobody attending the front desk so any time anyone would call or walk in, my nail tech would have to stop working on my nails to tend to a phone call or a client, this happened several times throughout my appointment. It also seemed like he rushed to get my nails done, at the end I absolutely loved the color but he barely clipped any cuticles around the edges of my nails and for $30 full gel manicure I would expect this to be done. This nail salon has a great selection of nail polish colors and is in an ideal location. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience, probably won't be returning.

The ambience at bellagios was perfect. We went with an appointment, so as soon as we arrived we were taken care of. This was my first time using sns dipping powder and Jay explained the process in great detail. She also wanted to do my nails exactly how I had pictured it in my head and went the extra mile by adding extra glitter. I will definitely be going back! The service was great!!

My heel was hurting I told him that. He scrubbed more. Then I said it's still not smooth. He said "oh it's cracked" well isn't that the whole purpose of me getting a pedicure for you to smooth my heels? So I had to pay $30 in total because they charge extra to do the grater on my heels. I will NOT be returning. Place doesn't look clean at all.

Husband and I were in Pembroke Pines for a movie and on a whim decided to get pedicures. Since this was not my neighborhood, I consulted Yelp. Open until 8pm, Bellagio was able to accommodate us after our movie. Thank you Yelp, for another solid recommendation. As the name implies, the decor at Bellagio has a luxurious feel to it, with dark tile, dark wood furniture & columns, and billowy curtains throughout. The pedi chairs are comfortable with massage controls. There are tons of polishes available. When I asked about gel colors for my toes I was given a tub full of colors from which to choose. There are three spa pedicures offered and they are very reasonable. They start with the Basic Spa Pedicure for $25 and go up to the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $35. Husband and I went for the Deluxe which included everything you would get in a basic pedi plus callous removal, extra massage, sugar scrub, masque, & finishing lotion. The pedicure was very good, not great. I have had better. I could have used a little better attention to my cuticles and a bit stronger of a massage. However, I give Bellagio an "A" for value. I have paid much more for pedis that were not nearly as good. There is nothing I hate more than paying a lot of money for a bad personal service like a pedi or massage. Such a waste!Bellagio is a little too far for me to frequent, but if it was in my neighborhood I would definitely be here more often.

I just moved to the area and I have been there twice, but I will never go there again. The owner did dip on my nails and he ruined them. When I went back for the second time, they simply couldn't remove the old dip because the owner had done a terrible job. I was a very loyal patron of this salon for a couple years. I only stopped going because I moved far out of the area. The owners are very nice and their daughter was often there during the summer or after school (very well behaved) which I felt gave it a small business feel, which I really enjoyed.
I know there are a ton of bad reviews on Google for this place, which I have to say, is very surprising. It's not like I was a one-time customer and based my opinion on the business on one bad experience. I repeatedly received excellent service from not just the owners, but several other techs while during all my visits.
I will say that they frequently get busy, even during weekdays, so I can see how someone might get impatient. I believe there is a certain type of clientele that will still appreciate the way this business is run. If you're looking for a super high fashion/high tech place, this is not it. So this is my second time here, I called ahead to schedule an appointment and to my surprise they were able to take me right away which was great! Great time experience for acrylics. My mom got incredible pedicure set. We totally love this place, and will regularly come back!

Husband and I were in Pembroke Pines for a movie and on a whim decided to get pedicures. Since this was not my neighborhood, I consulted Yelp. Open until 8pm, Bellagio was able to accommodate us after our movie. Thank you Yelp, for another solid recommendation. As the name implies, the decor at Bellagio has a luxurious feel to it, with dark tile, dark wood furniture & columns, and billowy curtains throughout. The pedi chairs are comfortable with massage controls. There are tons of polishes available. When I asked about gel colors for my toes I was given a tub full of colors from which to choose. There are three spa pedicures offered and they are very reasonable. They start with the Basic Spa Pedicure for $25 and go up to the Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $35. Husband and I went for the Deluxe which included everything you would get in a basic pedi plus callous removal, extra massage, sugar scrub, masque, & finishing lotion. The pedicure was very good, not great. I have had better. I could have used a little better attention to my cuticles and a bit stronger of a massage. However, I give Bellagio an "A" for value. I have paid much more for pedis that were not nearly as good. There is nothing I hate more than paying a lot of money for a bad personal service like a pedi or massage. Such a waste!Bellagio is a little too far for me to frequent, but if it was in my neighborhood I would definitely be here more often.
