Had an appointment at 2:30... it’s 3:10 and I still haven’t been waited on. People make appointments because they have schedules to follow. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!!😡When I first walked in my first question was how long will it take for a mani/pedi bc I had another appointment after I couldn’t be late to. She just says “yeah, ok.” ❓❓❓Pedicure was decent...I enjoyed the hot stones. But then they switched people on me and the manicurist was TERRIBLE....absolutely AWFUL!!! She had me sit down and then preceded to go walk around and do other stuff leaving me sitting there for almost 10 min. Then left me with my hands sitting in the water dish for way too long....I started to prune! She got up every 5 min to answer the phone or do something random. The polish job was shoddy and uneven and when asked me if it was ok, I said actually no, and for my money back. Then even had other CUSTOMERS tell me I was a terrible person and that I just wanted a free manicure. I said, um...NO, you don’t know what you’re talking about! I feel like the man that did my nails with the blonde hair(forgot his name) could’ve did a better job when I addressed him that my coffin cut shape didn’t look like it he got an attitude and said it wasn’t filed yet but even after the filing I wasn’t 100% satisfied and after telling him that he was handling my hand very rough. I have been going to this salon for a few years. The service was very good. The last few times the customer service was terrible. The quality of the pedicures has drop also. I do not know if they changed management or not. They do not seem to have enough people helping and they do not greet you. This was a wonderful salon but I am now taking my business elsewhere. My daughter treated me to a pedicure here and it was awesome.  We did wait a half hour after our appointment time but we had added another person at the last minute. They were very gracious and got the 3 of us chairs and the deluxe treatment!  My only suggestion is for a better ventilation since the fumes can be a bit much. Read Less

I went to this place 4 years ago and I didn't go back until now. I was so disappointment with the last visit so decided not to go back however I gave it another try yesterday and I must say I was extremely happy with the service that they provided. Even though they were so busy, they spent so much time on my nails and made sure I was satisfied. Bing was my nails person and she did my nails like no one ever did before. I'm used to rude nail salons in NYC so I'll have to give this place five stars. My grandma is a regular here so she made me appt while I was in town for a little. The staff is very friendly and very nice- something that's hard to find at nail salons. The pedicures are 20$ but they use the baggy which helps for extra cleanliness and protection. Terrible customer service here with rude management!  I made an appointment with my daughter we requested to be done together and yet they still tr I ignored my request and put us back to back. The worst experience I've ever had getting a set of nails. The guy that did my nails took forever. He built the nails up super thick then spent 30 minutes sanding them back down. Using their sample nails I selected a dark purple with sparkles. When he started putting it on my nails he did a very slim line of it for the French tipping. When I commented that it was much lighter than their sample he said he would do another coat. When he was done I said it didn't look anything like the sample and I thought it looked messy. He kept trying to convince me it was what I wanted. He got angry when he had to do it over, verbally berating me about how I should have told him sooner when I had tried telling him it didn't look the same. At that point he just wanted to paint the whole nail. He kept telling me my nail beds were too short and if he did it the way I wanted it they would look bad. I alway get my nails done with a wider french tip and it took me 20 minutes to get him to do it my way. Before he would redo my nails he made me pay. I was originally told it would be $25 when I made the appointment,  but he told me it would be $45 because gel polish was $20 more. I'm new in the area, but I've never been to a salon that used regular polish when a set of acrylic nails was done. Not to mention several times during the redo he started muttering to himself in a language I don't speak. I imagine if I did I'd be even less happy. 2 hours later I'm left with a color I had to settle for, uneven nails that smell musty and that I'm going to have to repair myself. I received a good pedicure then asked for new set of nails and was directed to the managers seat. She put on new tips but completely failed to do a proper manicure EVEN AFTER POINTING IT OUT!  I left with hang nails after a $50 cost.  I politely told manager I would never return and her response was " that's your choice."  They definitely lost me as a regular customer. This placed ruined my eyebrows forever!!! Don't go. I used to have the best eyebrows anyone could ask. Then came here. Yeah it's cheap but it's not worth loosing your eyebrows. WORST PLACE EVER -  License should be pulled.They cut my skin 2x when giving me a pedicure.  STAY AWAY.  I regularly go for manicures and pedicures for multiple years and I have never experienced anything like this.  The place is clean and gives the apparence that it would be great.  Unfortunately it is the management / people running it.
