Mr Tommy has taken over the franchise from his father and made many great changes. I have been going there for over 5 years and have always been pleased with my service. When I wasn't, they were more than happy to make it right. Was just in there the other day and was amazed at the changes!! A COMPLETE re-model is going on. It is a VERY busy salon and I would recommend an appointment, (I have a standing one) or you need to be prepared to wait a bit. Horrible customer service! Please do not waste your money here. A lady named Linda who works there is the worst! She rushed through my nails and when I messed one up she took her sweet time to come fix my nail and she didn't even fix it! Waste of my time and money! Read Less

First of all, some of the person who work there ARE NOT CERTIFIED nail technicians! They make your manicure or pedicure as fast as they can, they do not care of details. They file your nails so hard and with the hardest file and sometimes they crack the nail edges. I was there for days before Thanksgiving and Christmas, and let me tell you, the owners bring family members or friends TO WORK, THEY ARE NOT NAIL TECHNICIANS! Inspectors should check this place out. Never more for me! They are so disrespectful that they talk each other in their native language in front of you, the client, and sometimes they laugh...You are lucky if you find a true technician who speaks and UNDERSTAND English. Horrible customer service and place is dirty. The washbasin where they make pedicure, you can see in front of you they do not disinfect, they just wash out with plain water. The lamps for nail cure, are sticky, they never clean or wipe off. Disgusting. Read Less

I like coming to this salon because Linda and John are always so nice and do such a good job on my nails.  I wore acrylic nails for years and Linda convinced me to take them off and try the gel polish.  My nails were so weak from all the years of acrylics but after 5 months now, they are getting stronger and I love how my polish looks so shiny even after three weeks.
