Always a long wait and one of the techs always brings her daughter to work the problem is the little girl is always in your face demanding your attention my husband sat with me and she started dancing on the floor in rite in front of him asking him to watch her mind you little girl is like 4or5 smh never will i go back.

Worst experience ever....nail tech cut me multiple times... nails uneven and paint job was messy... Worst money ever spent... don't go there...don't even use sterilized tools!

Todays experience was so underrated and pissed me off. Sat in the pedi chair until my water was cold....then the tech was far less than impressive. Toe nails are not cut even said something and still not fixed. Today solidify that i will not be going back

Im only giving 2 stars because the older lady who did my pedicure was awful. She cut me multiple times during the pedicure. Not to mention there was a nail clipping floating in the water which was not...
Im only giving 2 stars because the older lady who did my pedicure was awful. She cut me multiple times during the pedicure. Not to mention there was a nail clipping floating in the water which was not mine as she hasnt even started my pedicure yet and she didnt even bother taking it out and her paint was very sloppy. The girl who does eyebrows in there is fantastic and is probably the only thing I will ever come back for.

I'm bummed. My eyebrows look great but my fingernails and toenails not so much. I went in for the magnetic Cat eye. I didn't know it would cost an extra $20. Which mine ended it up being discounted because I was unhappy with the results. I don't even know if she did topcoat but it's chipping now. it's been two days. Pause it doesn't look like Cat eye. They did offer to redo it at no charge while I was there so I will give them credit for that. Plus I think they have a couple of really good artist there. The regulars had amazing looking nails and were really pleased.

Tech drills down too hard on nail beds and hurts. Had to wait for another tech to finish job. Never tried to apologize for her work, never thought she was wrong. I’ve had my nails done for more than 30 years and have never had a tech walk off job! Don’t go here, way cleaner and friendlier nail salons down the road.

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Jade did my nails and she did a phenomenal job. They look absolutely amazing!!! I like the way she took her time to make sure they were perfect. I've been to other nail salons and their goal was to get customers in and out in record time. Well, not here. At Master Nails I felt like they value quality over quantity! I will definitely be back!!!

If I could give this place 0 I would, DO not waste your money and time here. The owner who is on her Bluetooth the whole time was extremely rude. The floors are dirty and unkept which only makes you that more nervous about getting anything done here! The lady who gave me a pedicure was rude as well and took almost an hour for one regular pedicure. Never going back!

First time here and had a great experience. However, I do recommend making an appointment because this place does get busy. The lady who did my nails also told me that my other nail salon was making me spend an extra $15 on gel nail polish which was completely unnecessary given that I have acrylic on my natural nails.

Not to mention there was a nail clipping floating in the water which was not mine as she hasnt even started my pedicure yet and she didnt even bother taking it out and her paint was very sloppy. I'm bummed. My eyebrows look great but my fingernails and toenails not so much. I went in for the magnetic Cat eye. I didn't know it would cost an extra $20. Which mine ended it up being discounted because I was unhappy with the results. I don't even know if she did topcoat but it's chipping now. it's been two days. Pause it doesn't look like Cat eye. Tech drills down too hard on nail beds and hurts. Had to wait for another tech to finish job. Never tried to apologize for her work, never thought she was wrong. First time here and had a great experience. However, I do recommend making an appointment because this place does get busy. The lady who did my nails also told me that my other nail salon was making me spend an extra $15 on gel nail polish which was completely unnecessary given that I have acrylic on my natural nails.
