Ive been a client for 3 years never felt how I did today! I was there since 5:30 at exactly 7pm I was told I couldnt have the nail tech I wanted because she was extremely busy ok i get that but i could have left and went back another time if they would have told me that before hand! So i had no choice since i waited to just go with another nail tech! Let me say she was so unprofessional she would pull my hand you could tell she was very upset! I tried to be still and let her do her work but Then she started to talk her language mind you I Understand the language and all she could do is trash talk clients and how she didnt want to be there that they never get to leave on time! I have never felt so insulted! Just know you guys have lost a client! Got my nails done by a young male. He did a better job than T.T Nails wouldve done. Young male just didnt really conversate with me or when he did he had a mini attitude/frustration. There are a couple of people who really know what they're doing, but only one who does not rush through just to get you out. After coming here for months when I moved to Lake Worth, I've become more and more unhappy with the results. There is 0 quality in their products OR production. At least ONE nail falls off within the first week every single time. Also, they're overpriced and to top off that, their prices are inconsistent each visit. Sometimes my fill is 31, others it's 37 or 39 (equal amount of damage to nails each time I compare) Last, they're RUDE when you ask them for quality care. I've been getting acrylics religiously (never without them) since age 18. I know every step, I could do them on my own at this point. BEWARE this is the worse nail salon I have ever gone too. I got a pedicure and the next day my big toe was infected. Had to go to the ER because the infection was so bad I was put on on IV fluids and antibiotics and had to see a podiatrist the next day so they could cut my toe nail off that was infected. This is my favorite nail salon to get my nails and eyebrows done. The wait is usually a little long on weekends, so I try to go on weekdays after work. The location is in a plaza with other great stores like Ross, Aldi's, Rainbow, and Dollar Tree. Inside Nail Fetish is clean and organized. There's a TV to watch while waiting or getting your nails done. You would love the massage chairs, its heavenly after a long day of work and dipping your feet in warm bubbly water. Just close your eyes and relax....ahhhhh.The services are average priced and the nail techs do a good job. I've never had a bad experience.The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because when I get a pedicure I never get a good foot massage which I prefer over everything else. Most nail salons have questionable practices. Nail Fetish isn't one of them. They have alot of safety precautions in place to protect their clients. I love that they use single use bags to line the foot wash tubs. They also sterilize their instruments after every use. They open a fresh sealed pack of instruments each time I go. My first time going was great! Very laid back environment, very affordable, and clean. They only use tools straight from a fresh,new package when doing your nails. I had Nexgen and it took less than an hour and was done flawlessly!!! There are also other services offered as well. The only downside was that I had to wait even though I had an appointment. I came here because I wanted my nails done for valentines and I got mine done at Laque Nail Bar in California. .  Unfortunately florida lacks so many things so ... i went here to book an appointment and when I came in it looks terrible... nothing like Laque. 2nd of all no one greeted me and my husband was getting upset that no one even looked at us like if we were ghost.What made me just leave was that the nail guy closest to us was fighting with a customer who just had her nails done and when she left he could at least have said "sorry about that" and then greet us but no he proceeds to nag about her to his customer. I just left because obviously I'm going to have to wait till I go back to CA to get my nails done because all these salons are rude and never do good work..last time I went somewhere in the flea market and they did horrid and charged me 60 and it took 3 hours. I had such a bad a experience. My first time so i was a walk-in. The gentleman taking care of me did not speak any English what so ever! Not even "hello" therefore, it was very hard to communicate with him and say what I wanted. That's besides the fact that he was very slow with extra dry, rough hands with dirty nails. I did not enjoy him touching my hands. My nails also did not come out good what so ever. Very lumpy and he picked at my skin on my fingers rather than my cuticle. I have been a regular for about a year and a half and I've always had a fabulous experience. I stumbled upon this nail salon when my old nail tech at a pervious salon left and I was on the hunt for another nail tech that would do a great job just like her. I decided to go here because it's five minutes away from my house and I had heard good reviews about them, so I did. Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's totally worth it because Amy does my nails great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Once you get your nails done with her, you'll never want anyone else to do them! I know that some nail techs do what they want but Amy listens to what you want and does it. Sure, I have some places closer to where I live or work, but why chance disappointment, when it's not inconvenient at all?The service is friendly, fast and excellent!  They are not overpriced, give full service and everything is clean and sterilized.  They are on top of cleaning the pedicure tubs as soon as someone steps away from it.  Great variety of gel manicure colors and regular nail colors.  Spacious, they haven't tried to cram as many chairs as possible into this place, so you never feel crowded.  Went on the busiest day of the week (Saturday afternoon) and didn't have to wait long at all.They will be seeing my face there for a long time. But to my surprise the staff was friendly and my pedicure was perfect, people keep asking if it's Gel it looks so good! I actually just used Essie which they have a variety of.
