I’m so picky about my nails! I saw this place online, gave it a try & haven’t been disappointed. They take their time & prices are great. LISTEN.....I’ve been to thousands of nail salons. But this one is the MOST AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, EXTRAORDINARY one I’ve ever cane across. I saw my classmate nails and said I have to go. So after going to one that gave away my appointment slot I decide to try this one. They turned my whole weekend around. The customer service was EXCELLENT I started crying. (Ask Kelly, the manager if you don’t believe me). EVERYONE PLEASE VISIT THIS YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. All the other salons around I have already tried and won’t go back after finding this place. Quality work and HYGIENIC! I go for pedicures, waxing, and Nexgen nails. The pleasant personalities, music, ample magazines, and the MASSAGE CHAIRS creates a relaxing experience. It helps them and yourself to call ahead and go during non-peak hours. I have been going here for 3 years now . During their 8 year opening celebration party, they even went the extra mile for their patrons by feeding each guest AN ENTIRE MEAL! I have been going here for years for manicures and pedicures. All of the staff are very sweet. I have trouble walking and they are patient and help me getting in and out of chairs. Tim also does a very nice job with hair perms and sets. Read Less

If I could leave less than one star I would. I went in for a gellish manicure. I asked the girl if she could do a specific type of design, she said yes and began taking off my polish. When it came time to start the the actual manicure she told me that she couldn't do it the way that I requested. Not once did the girl act apologetic that she couldn't do what she had stated she could. She wasn't even polite, she was actually quite rude. She told me that I would still be paying for polish removal and quoted $7. When I said that I didn't think it was fair to be charged for services that I didn't request the three employees became aggressive. They began quoting laws about paying for services rendered. They threatened me with calling the police. When I finally gave up and paid she ran my card for $10. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by an entire establishment. All three of the employees spoke harshly to me and went so far as to laugh in my face when I paid. I will not be back. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone. Read Less

Timmy gives the best, most precise haircut you can find and at a terrific price (so you can leave a really good tip).  This is not a run in and run out haircut, you don't leave the chair until Timmy is satisfied that your hair looks its best.  Perfectionism is a good trait to have in a hairdresser.  You can walk in but he's getting so popular its best to make an appointment. Absolutely terrible. I like my nails pointed more than the typical stiletto and so I was charged an extra $5 for this. I was charged an extra $5 for "longer" nails which they were not longer. Some nails weren't even the same length as the others. I was given attitude when I expressed my discontent. The artist started getting frustrated with me and began rushing near the end and with the mechanical filer he began burning my nails. The worst was he was on cocaine and it was extremely evident. He kept grinding his teeth and sniffing. He wouldn't finish my nails, instead he passed me onto the other younger girl who was there. He had a tattoo on his right forearm. Do not go to him. Even the young girl started giving me attitude when I showed her that my polish was bubbling. In the end the nails should've costed $35 and instead they charged me $45. I came home and re-shaped and re-painted my nails. Very unimpressed. Read Less

I heard about Fancy Hair & Nails from a friend when I complained about a really awful nail place close by. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to  a lovely salon with a spa-like feel, in contrast to the  "factory farm" atmosphere I've seen elsewhere.  The staff is friendly, courteous, skilled, & efficient.  I walked in recently on a whim to get a haircut & walked out feeling like a million bucks. These people really care about their clientele & it shows! I would've written this before, but didn't want anyone else to know about the place. My conscience (& the fact that I'm moving out of state!) got the better of me, & I suggest you get other there pronto! Read Less
