Awful location. Got acrylics, not only did they continue working with an acrylic that broke in half, almost all of them are not the same length, and super crooked. Had gel put on my nails yesterday and within 3 hours had a chip. Tried to go back right away and they were closed so went back this am and they gave me grief because the person that did it was off today-not my problem.  They finally agreed to fix it but did not remove the old gel, just put a layer on top of it, now the color is off. I have been going here for 3 years and I love the owner Jenny she does my nails exactly how I want it. I never have any problem with the product, as I have it more expensive salons. Several of my friends go here as well regularly and we have no complaints. They are very clean friendly and they also do great pedicures. several of my friends also get their eyebrows waxed and they do a great job! Read Less

Luckily the technician Michelle was talking about no longer works there. The salon is small but very quaint and comfortable. The workers there are friendly and give their best effort to hold a conversation in their broken English. The prices there are more affordable than at other locations. In addition, the workers there, Jenny and John, have been in the business for twenty years so they know exactly what they're doing and quickly learn all the new styles as well. They always care of the customer. It's a very cute mom and pop business. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Plus, since it's inside the walmart, you can go shopping while you wait for your turn to have your nails done. They're very efficient. They almost always have specials as well. I had the misfortune of having a lady named "Kim" do my nails & it was a simple manicure... I had to completely re-do my nails when I got home b/c she had filed my nails crooked & did a sloppy job on the painting. TOTAL waiste of my money & I will not EVER go back there again. Not a relaxing place...Dull old nail files used on premises.  Bottles of polish look old too, which can leave you needing another mani/pedi sooner than normal.  Luckily, I travel with my own polish and I recommend you do the same.  Old nail polish wasn't completely removed. Cuticles were not trimmed but only pushed back (not my request).  Didn't clean underneath nails to get any dirt out.  Came in with my mother but they refused to let her sit next to me in open pedicure chair while she waited for someone to assist her.  Had to repeat not to cut sides of my toe nails and even pull my feet away as she still came at me with clippers. FYI- if you want to avoid ingrown toe nails you should always cut nails straight across and never let anyone cut down into sides of your nails. This is as per any podiatrist I've ever seen.  A nail technician who insists otherwise obviously isn't trained properly.  I've had to deal with ingrowns before & wasn't about to let them peer pressure me into it again just because the employees all started speaking to each other in their language & laughing at my simple request.  The employees here seem to have a problem with people waiting their turn so your technician may possibly be helping others while also assisting you.  Polish is applied sloppily and then afterwards cleaned up with a brush dipped in acetone.On plus side, I received a 10 minute massage of my feet/legs, which other places will rush thru.While the end result is not the worst, I am grateful that I'm way pregnant and it's become too hard for me to bend over to see my toes better.  From up here, the view isn't all that pleasing.
