I’m new to the area and was in need of a mani/pedi. It has been long over due. Pedi was nice...I wish she would have taken her time during the massage on my legs and feet. It felt a little rushed. I showed her a pictures of how I want my nails to look...now I’m home and I’m debating myself if I want to go somewhere else to have them fixed. Not at all what I wanted. I used to go here all the time but I actually walked out the other day. I went in for waxing and the wax room and tools were so so so dirty I just couldn't stay. I hope they get the place cleaned up. Nail services have gone down hill too. Read Less

I am never disappointed when I come here! I feel so relaxed( usually it's just what I need after a busy work week) this time around I got a mani and pedi by Kalyan and she did such a great job! She really cares how your nails look. Very detailed and didn't miss a thing. I love that she didn't rush it too! I will continue to come here and I will be asking for my girl each time!! I hate to see bad reviews, especially of Kes and her crew. Sitting with my feet in hot water feels wonderful, and helps to soak away a lot of hard miles. The staff here is wonderful, attentive, professional and their services make me feel like a pampered queen. Yes, it i necessary to make an appointment, and sometimes, it might take a little longer on the previous client, but they would do the same for you, Whenever we run into someone who is "fussed up" over something ...in the shop, it always make me think, "Don't they know who she is?!!" Probably someone who never hears the word "no" in their world. Sit back, relax, enjoy a few moments out of your busy life, and stop the whining. Yes, we do know WHO you are - and now you've shared that information with several hundred more on facebook! Keep up the good work, Kes and crew. My 12 year old granddaughter had a terrible experience. Rushed job, poor quality manicure and nobody to complain to. The nail designs were unrecognizable, not even the heart looked like one. Will not be going back after years of being loyal customers. Poor customer service. Read Less

So I went in to have a pedicure ant full set sns done..  Pedicure is below standard. Jason did my sns set. would not listen to what I wanted, nails are too long, then when he was using the electric dremel on shaping around my actually thumbs he butcher my thumbs was bleeding.. he didn't even say O'h Im sorry. was very aggressive grabbing hands and jerking on you.. Then when time to pay he over charged by $15 . Very disappointed with  this salon. service like this I don't know how they stay in business. Read Less

I've never written a bad review. Every nail place is different. I went in with my mother and daughter today. Three pedis, two manis, and a full set. First we asked how long seeing that it was a lot and they told us more techs were coming so we waited about an hour until our pedis finally started. An hour. Nobody checked on us or asked if we wanted any drinks or what was going on with the time frame. My daughter had her pedi and mani by a very nice lady and enjoyed hers. My mo...thers nail stylist was very nice but they didn't take all her cuticles off or ask how she wanted them cut. She was very nice and gentle but rushed her seemingly she was being rushed by the manager or owner. So to my nail tech. He was very aggressive with taking my hands. I asked for oval short and showed a photo of what my nails were last time I had them that size. So I ended up with long oval on my fingers which is ok and my thumbs have absolutely no nails. They're as short as my skin. I expressed I wanted longer and he shrugged it off. I get fake nails for a reason. He should've redone those two nails seeing how he just messed up and cut them too short. (I didn't get any lotion or any sort of rub. And that might just be they're version of a full set. That's not my upset.) Then at the end of this very awkward nail experience he poured the cuticle oil over both hands and waved his hands for me to go. I was done. I said "What do I do now?" He said "Go wash or rub together" and that was it and he walked away. My daughter was standing next to me and took my ear bud out of my ear and my phone I had in my lap. I was confused and then went to wash my hands because I didn't know what to do with this. He then brought another lady over and sat her down. She sat on my purse and got up like omg I'm sorry. Very awkward again. My mother already paid or I wouldn't have. I've had my nails done since I was 10 every month. Many different places. Some better than others but this was not only rushed but rude and awkward and not a good outcome. No point in having fake nails when they're as short as my thumbs itself. Very disappointed. I expressed my displeasure with the manager and he looked at my nails and said they're pretty and walked back. He had a chance to say come back tomorrow and we'll redo them or give me a refund or gift card but did not. My mother lives here and will continue her search for a regular. I'm glad I don't have to. Overpriced number one. I was left for over thirty minutes "soaking " for a pedicure while the owner decided to take somebody back who came in after me and begin her manicure. I'm sorry my time is more valuable than to sit around and wait in water for half an hour before I'm even acknowledged again. At least if you're going to leave people in water or you should offer them some also. I don't think my husband or myself will be returning. I am very disappointed on my visit today. I have been here several times but today I felt like not only did I get ripped off but I didn't even get the basic. My husband and I went in to get a pedicure together.  We were told that we needed to upgrade to get the foot scrub.... $35 each.  This was also suppose to include a stone massage but my lady said that she would do an extra hand massage instead. Needless to say, this pedi was not even as good as the basic ones we have had in the past and we had to pay an additional $10 EACH!  I did not get any extra massage and the feet prep was lacking many steps compared to any other time I have ever had a pedi.  The person who did my husbands feet didn't even do the stone massage or suggest the extra hand massage.  I am very frustrated by this and will not be returning if this is the type of work that is being done there now.  I feel like I could have done just as good of a job, if not better, on my feet.  This afternoon date turned out to be a waste of money. Absolutely appalled at the manicure I was given the other day by the owner. I still had a ton of dead skin and the paint job looked like a four year old did it. When I went back in and complained, the owner literally yelled at me telling me she has lots of experience and that she knows how to do a manicure. And she would not fix it. Today I had the wrong finger nail experience ever!!! The manicurist was rood and she was filthy. And her name was Anh.She tried to do my cuticles with dirty instruments,I pointed out to her to wash and disinfect them and she took some liquid and clean pieces of somebody skin remains.She told me go home and let my husband do my manicure.Then I looked at her working area-her counter was dirty ,so as her uv dryer.I fell sorry for the salon owner. They were in a rush and a lady scraped the heck out of my nails to get the gel off, leaving them damaged and fragile. My sister got her nails done and was asked if she wanted square or round nails, the lady just started cutting her nails really short before she had a chance to say anything. I enjoyed my trip to oasis. I don't get my nails done often but they were polite and listened to what I wanted. They were quick and I think they did a good job. I have naturally long nails and I wanted a French manicure gel polish. I'm super happy with the results. I will update my review if my opinion changes, but for now I'll recommend this place happily. I paid 80$ for a mani and a pedi, that same day my gel nail polish peeled off on their own, when I went to get my nails done again the told me that they were using a "new gel", so they did my nails again with the"old" gel polish, my nails chipped.
