This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. It seemed that the lady rushed the entire time and once my nails were done, I knew she rushed and didn’t know how to do nails. I’m attaching pictures of what my nails look like today after getting them done. This is after she “fixed” them. They are extremely thick and although I told her I wanted the tips more narrow, she didn’t make them anymore narrow. They look more like bulky uneven square bricks. I wanted to take them off as soon as I walked out but have decided to keep them for a week since I already paid. I would definitely suggest finding a better salon that will actually listen to what you want and is able to actually do nails. Read Less

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I have been a regular customer as well as giving them lots of business around my wedding time by taking in all my family members for services. My daughter has started getting her nails done as well. So....last time my husband took our daughter in to get her nails done they talked her into gel polish. She is a teenager and didn't understand the difference in cost and just agreed. They didn't feel it appropriate to ask the adult that was waiting with her if this was okay or tell her that it would be more expensive. This kind of irritated me but I didn't want to make an issue of it. Well, today was a different story. I had an appointment with LUCY and explained that I was unhappy with the last appointment (a different tech) as the nails were too thick and did not look natural. I explained to her that I loved the way she did my nails for my wedding (thought a compliment would make her happy but I guess not). She started filing down the acrylic and looked at the color I had chosen. She asked if I wanted to do gel (here we go again)....I said "no, just the regular" and she then went on and on about how it wouldn't last, it would chip, look ugly (her words). At that moment I was brought back to what they did to my daughter and I decided that I wanted the acrylics off and just have a regular manicure. She became very angry. She did not soak them off. She used clippers and another tip and ripped them off, one by one. It was very painful and I kept saying "ouch" and she ignored me. Not once did she apologize or suggest another method. It was awful. Once the torture was over and the nails had been ripped off, she continued on with the manicure and then told me "no color". I said "I would like color please". She then went on to tell me how it wouldn't last, look ugly and only last two days. I told her that was fine and to please put color on them. After I was done with the angry tech, I asked to speak with the owner who continued to charge me as she was giving me a pathetic "sorry". She told me to talk with Lucy....REALLY? what is Lucy going to do? She was the owner of the salon. SHE is the one who can charge, not charge, etc....When I told her that my nails were red and bleeding, she said "she didn't soak them off?" so even she knew that this was wrong as she was charging my credit card. I will say that this is the FIRST negative online review that I have ever made in my life. I will be calling my credit card company and disputing this charge. I have been a small business owner myself and I am in shock of how I was treated. I regret giving them $500.00 in business two days before my wedding and wished I have given it to a different, much more deserving salon. Read Less

Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. Less than two weeks ago I got a Nexgen manicure, paid $45 for only two coats and the nails started cracking in less than a week and changing colors. I have been going here for quite a few years and have been happy until now. Lately, none of their stations or equipment is clean. I keep hoping this will change but it has not. They need to maintain and clean their facility for everyone's health and well being. Until then, I will find another nail salon. Read Less

I've been going here since they have opened. At first it was great but the last 3-4 times I have gone I have left very unhappy. They rush and the last lady made 6 of my fingers bleed.... not ok. I will be finding a new nail salon. Read Less

I love this place. There are a lot of chairs here for both manis and pedis. They have a huge selection of colors- a ton of which have a gel and a regular polish match. Those that have done my nails have been super nice and easy to chat with- my nails turn out great every time. It's an overall great experience! Read Less

Best Pedicure Award! I am constantly trying different places while traveling and am willing to say, hands down, best pedicure I've ever had. The 9 Spa Pedi gives you over 1/2 an hour of massages with different scrubs, lotions, etc. Very friendly and professional staff.I will definitely be back! Read Less

Really ??!!  I paid $40 for my nails and they look like Quasimodos from the Hunchback of Notre Dame.  Perfect for Halloween.   I kindly asked the nail specialist to correct the thick blobs on my nails but she said, " NO no no... takes too long to fix.  You come back next time."   I offered to pay for the correction which she dismissed by simply ignoring me.  Not cool.   I am never going back  :( Read Less

I had my first visit to 9 spa and Nails this morning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I think they did a fantastic job with my nails.  I am very picky who does my Pink and White gel fill. There are only 2 that I have found that know how I like them and Kenny is one of them. The pedicure was awesome. I will definitely be back. Read Less

Terrible experience. Owners husband ruined my nails. They have old equipment, cheap products, and dangerous practices. Rush job so they can make more money. Use electric filers which destroy your nail. Not sure if too lazy or incompetent. If you care about the health of your nails and skin, STAY AWAY. Only gave a stAr because I had to. Going to cost me a fortune to get my nails fixed after that fiasco. Read Less

I'm extremely picky about where I go to get my nails done as a result of having a bad infection from a nail service once....so now I really try and research and make sure the place is as sanitary as possible before trying a new spot out.  I was very happy with my pedicure yesterday at 9 Spa and nails.  The staff was very friendly ( as well as the other patrons) and my service was relaxed even though they were incredibly busy at the time of my appointment.  My technician gave me a very good leg and foot massage- maybe the best one ever.  And my nails came out great.  I will definitely be back ( even though I live 20 miles away- I am happy to have finally found a decent place in this area!) It's sometimes hard to justify the spa nail experience when headed to the beach for a week as the sand can be tough in your nails. Found this spot that was very economical and nicely done. $35 for a deluxe pedi and mani. OPI and Essie brands. Perfect without going to a mall. Read Less

This is a new nail salon next to CVS.  It is very well done inside, exceptionally clean and the staff members are all very friendly.  They actually care about their customers - unlike other unnamed nail salons in Palm City.  They also care about their employees and treat them well.  Bob is the best-he left Creation Nails to join 9 Spa & Nails and if you make an appointment,, ask for Bob.
