So upset, I have been going here for the last 3 years since I moved from NYC. My Nail tech is Vee, very sweet lady. Called around 3:15 for an apt, they tell me at 6:30pm I called that I would be late and I was late 5 mintes and they tell me that man, the owner tells me that they were closing early that she will only bee able to do one to choose! You know how upsetting the us if they cannot coordinate their time properly it's their fault! They could had called or just given me something earlier if she was unavailable then I would had done my nails else where and not estey time! I am a working busy person! I was offered no apologies or nothing! I am a great customer my nails tech can't complain about me I always rip 20% of 65 to 85 dollars depending on what I get done on my nail. I am beyond upset making me loose my time! And now I will have to go to the event looking like an a mechanic with these nails! Read Less

I came here because I was in the area. No attention to detail. Pedi water was cold with a hair and other debris floating around in it. Could not help me match my nexgen color to gel for my feet. Most salons already know which match and let you know if they don't have something they can help you. Did not offer any type of pedicure options. Just plain water for the pedi no salts or anything.  Just awful. I'm sitting in the chair...let's see how my mani goes :( Read Less

Inconsistent pricing, they charge different each time, offer you a bottle of water or a glass of vine, than they charge you for some made up service, like taking your gel polish off. I have been going there for one year, and refered so many customers from Sax Fifth and Bloomingdales. Do not get your eyebrows done there!! I'm not exaggerating, I can literally count the hairs on my left eyebrow. My eyebrows were full and had a beautiful arch and she completely rounded them. As soon as she handed me the mirror I was almost in tears! I kept telling her she took too much off and this isn't what I wanted. There was a big patch missing from the top of my eyebrow that I couldn't even comb my eyebrow hairs to cover bc she cut my eyebrows so short. All she would repeat to me me was "no, I just clean it" when really she completely reshaped and thinned the living hell out of them.  I'm terrified to return. Never will.  I've attached an image with my eyebrows filled in buy much more filler than I am used to using but I had to use so much in order to not look look like bozo the clown. For many years I went to Venetian in Fort Lauderdale. So, when I moved here to PBG, I started with this shop. I love it just as much as before. It is extremely difficult to find a place to get my nails done that not only has friendly staff, but good service as well and this place has both! I am extremely happy to have found this place due to a friend's mother who comes here as well and I am sure she can vouch for me when I say that this is the place to be! Need a go to nail place? I had a gel manicure and pedicure on Christmas Eve.  The female nail tech I had was great, all the tools were opened from individual packages right in front me. I went out of town and two nails started to lift. I was in cold weather and think pulling gloves on and off had something to do with it. I went back in a week later and the manager was happy to have a new tech,Ben, fix the nails. They were very apologetic and took me right in. I am impressed with how friendly he was and how fast he was able to get everything fixed. I will certainly be back! Read Less

Today was my first time here. I was a walk in and waited 0mins. I was immediately greeted by what seemed like both managers. They helped my pick out my gel polish for my mani and showed me right to the ones I like, as I'm very picky and only like OPI. They had the latest released colors in both gel and regular polish. Queenie (not sure on spelling) did my nails, which were awful as I did them myself. She was great she asked questions to see what I liked and didn't. She had to cut a few to match them and made sure I was 100% ok with that before she did it. She did such a great job! At the last min, while being rung out, I decided to get a pedi, she had no problem with it and matches my gel to regular polish. I was on a break for work and only had so much time left to get the pedi but she made it work with out doing a rushed job! I'm so happy with making the decision to stop in! I come here from time to time when I can get out of work. I can always get in without an appointment and I find it very relaxing. They have so many kinds of pedicures so i havent tried all of them from the menu but the venetian is so far my favorite. The staff is friendly and try their best to help you. They have lots of employees and the place is clean, and even use the disposable single use stuff for each client. I normally come on a weekday to avoid the weekend rush, they get pretty busy on Fridays and Saturdays. Read Less

Had been going here for years and noticed the past year that their quality and service has been deteriorating. My last 2 times my gel was lumpy and chipped within a week and I felt like the pedicure wasn't the same either. Sigh time to find a new nail place. Read Less

I heard about this salon from a friend at work. I've been their a few times and I am always impressed. The prices are reasonable. Cheap compared to some places I've been. My mother and I went their for valentines day and both got the venetian manicures and pedicures. Jenny was very funny and nice! =) Read Less

I have taken my daughters and friends from out of town to this overpriced nail salon. Although the decor is pretty to look at, the staff is quite unfriendly. I will not be back and certainly will not recommend it to any of my friends or family. Read Less
