I have been going to the salon for seven months now. I brought with me 4 other customers .And, although, this place charges more than all the other salons in the area, this was closest to my home. 4 of us usually go to the salon every 3-4 weeks and each of us spend at the least, $55 plus tip. A few of us had small issues during those seven months, like , Being grossed out over the filthy washcloths. Or the severely bad breath of the technician. Some of us were annoyed as we sat and watched the manicurist doing her own nails with the same equipment She used on her customer. A friend today asked about one of the product line “DIP” That has caused her some trouble discoloring her Nails, when she looked closer to their products nothing had been marked clearly from the company that it should have been Marked as it is in every other salon!! When she questioned The young man in there (who runs the place ) we found he was a “scam artist!” Most of his Supplies are from overseas and are counterfeit and most Probably extremely unhealthy for anyone to put on their nails. i’m sure there’s some type of lead or something that shouldn’t be in there. This place will do anything to save a buck Even risk your health. Stay away from this place !!! Read Less

Terrible salon. This young new owner is on a power trip... A customer had a problem today @ the salon because the product used on her nails were expired and caused yellowing all over and the owner made her pay again for the same service and when she said you’re not listening to me he responded I was educated in America. Very ignorant and arrogant owner who has absolutely zero customer service skills. Of course she explained she wouldn’t be going back even though she had been there over 25 times he said he could care less (all over a $30 transaction). I've been there a few times and my nails and toes always turn out beautiful. I only gave 4 stars because I still find it rude when the nail techs carry on full conversations in another language. My nail tech did interact with me but very minimal. The girl next to her working just carried on and on like me and her client weren't there. Idk. Just rude to me. Read Less

Had an appointment for myself, my mother and daughters for 11am when they opened. Upon arriving at 10:57 every chair for pedicures was full and I was told they wouldn’t have anything until 12:00. Walk-ins were taken right In front of my face. Another lady who also had another 11:00 appointment was also told they wouldn’t have anything until 12:00. This place is a joke. Well, I think this was one of the most dishonest places to get a manicure I have ever been to. I only wanted a certain name brand of "dip powder"and although the girl (Harley of Haley) kept showing me colors and I asked each time "is this "NexGen"? she keptsaying "yes"Well, they use all different brands of base, powder and top coat (and these are systems that need to be used together...same brand) and she did not use NexGen!She also broke off my nail removing the old dip powder and it was very upsetting. The owner didn't nothing but say he would set her straight-still charges me 35.00. After Loki g at my nails in the car, I marched back in because my fingers were also pink. The owner had me sit and wait and I left very upset after 10 minutes of being ignored. Terrible customer service, dishonest representations (ofCourse everyone knows that dip powder, like Gel manicure, has different and better brands!Just awful here!I'll add pictures Read Less

Came here for a pedicure and a nexgen manicure, nails look perfect! Met the manager Chris while I was here and my nail techs name was Chris too he did a great job!  Everyone was nice and the salon was clean. Will definitely be back, very happy Thank you! Read Less

Excellent service! After going to the same nail technician for more than 7 years, it was a challenge to find the right place but I couldn't be more happy to find Helen at the Polished Nail Spa, she took her time to do a great dip power technique on my nails, very friendly staff. If your having your daughter get fake nails, make sure tech is clear on what length she wants because tips were wanted but short nails to him means keeping her natural length. Been having her nails done for years and this was the first communication problem, first and last time here. Read Less

It was a terrible experience when my friend and I went there for mani-pedi. Nail techs didn't sanitize their tools. Instead they sprayed and cleaned with alcohol. They didn't clean the cut nails around pedicure chairs. The girls who did for us, seemed like inexperienced and could not speak English. LOVE LOVE ***LOVE*** this place.Super clean, soft lighting, soft spa music, fountains...They CARE about you here. Owner was rude and nasty when I confronted her about a hand scrub I had purchased the day before. I was with my mother I walked out without it and remembered the next day I had forgotten to pick it up. When I confronted her about it she accused me in so many words of lying that I had taken it with me.Never have I experienced such rudenessIf she was truly interested in her clients after I had paid for my nails and scrub while I was sitting at my nail table she should have brought it over to me. I had my 93 year old mother with me having her get a manicure and pedicure. So, I loved polished and recommended John and the dipping powder to all my friends. I went there for about 3 months and when John was not available someone else removed the powder and said I should take a break and get a regular manicure. My nails were completely trashed. Dr. said water must have gotten under the polish and over time my nails rotted, nail biopsy came back neg for fungus. It is VERY obvious that the nails are destroyed. My bad for not noticing that they were so damaged, but he definitely knew there was a problem and did not let me know. Wish I could upload a photo, its really bad. Sorry not to go here anymore because Milka gave the best pedis ever but am too angry to go back. Beware of NextGen and really watch those white spots- it's prob not just from the drill!!! Read Less

I have John do my nails at the salon. He is amazing. You tell him what you want and he does them that way. I have been seeing him for years now. And followed him to his new salon. I have had a few pedi's there as well and there are a few old timers that I know and trust. I read the review below and it's sad, because they really are good people. Very clean and friendly but mani pedi were below average at best. My nails were cut too short and crooked. The polish was all over my skin and had a bleeding cuticle cut and throbbing today. I won't be back. Read Less
