Way too overpriced! DON'T GET YOUR BROWS WAXED HERE! If you do, go find Vanessa at her other shop-she's the best! Tiffany has a horrible attitude! She recently had a baby, and has been disgusting since. I use to like going to her, until I saw an interaction that she had with another customer. The customer was so kind and handled the situation very well ( the manager, Kathy didn't offer her anything except for a seat with another nail tech- I would've comped her nails). I am so glad I was able to see how she REALLY is! Also, I never believed when other customers would say this, but the workers talk about customers in other languages..... May is the best nails technician there. My nails always looks fly, she takes such good care of my nails to a point where I don’t have to wear fake nails anymore. I am so happy that I can wear my natural nails now. And I love how she does the dipping on my nails. It lasted for three weeks without breaking and chip... perfect... I strongly recommend May. I started going to Nails 2K two years ago when I moved to Palm Beach Gardens. I’ve been to several other nail salons over the years and this has to be the cleanest. Jenny is the best nail tech! Beautiful salon! This was my LAST resort (due to an emergency need). I am still taken aback by the service that I received from Tiffany. I made an appointment with her for the "dip," but they were very limited with their "yellow" colors. Therefore, I informed her that I'd just get gel instead, and if it would unconveince her, I'd even let her lay the acrylic (foundation), and let someone else complete the gel. Apparently, she ONLY does the dip (which I wasn't aware of). Therefore, she stood up in front of me, and said in a very disrespectful tone "You are wasting my time and you need to go see someone else! Don't come back to me again!" While in complete shock, the nearby customers and I were completely at a loss for words, and trying to figure out what was going on. Now, the "typical" customer would've probably matched her anger and responded differently..... Instead, I looked at Tiffany, looked behind me, and needed clarity....I wasn't sure who she was talking to.😏 However, a customer who sat in the chair next to me mentioned that she was rude to her as well (after she asked her a simple question about a color). Also, another worker did inform me that "She's going through some things." This made me chuckled a little- (sarcastically), because I (the customer), had NOTHING to do what she's been going through, and DID NOT deserve to be treated as such! I did speak to Kathy (the owner), who also mentioned that Tiffany is going through some things, and that she would set me up with another nail tech. This is UNACCEPTABLE, and I am unsure what Tiffany has going on, ....but she should probably take some time off from work, so that she can manage and complete her job duties in a professional manner. I've gone to her in the past, and I've never seen her act in this manner. Tiffany, you did not leave a great first impression for the potential customers her were seated nearby! I have been a loyal customer since the first time I tried Y2K Nails. I took a chance and a came here after I read some pretty good reviews. They delivered every time. They ALWAYS do an amazing job and I get compliments on my nails every time. I used to always do basic acrylic tips for years and they had me try The Dip and that’s all I have done now. It’s basically acrylic that is already the color you choose. The best part is after the blue light at the end it’s 100% dry, literally all the way set and impossible to smudge or chip at any point later. They have a great variety of colors and the prices are affordable. They will do designs and all types of different things if you ask. Everyone is always friendly including other customers. The overall environment is a break from my daily that I look forward to. I really look forward to the pedicure too, I happen to ask for a citrus pedicure and now it’s my routine. I’m so happy with them I travel more than the average person would since I’ve moved but I don’t want to go anywhere else. This was my second visit and I don't want to go into all the details so I'll summarize my displeasure to poor customer service and give some basic feedback. The nail artist today never even offered me the menu of services and seemed very rushed.  I would have purchased several upgrades but since spa services weren't offered and the tech was obviously too busy I walked out with a very rushed $23 base pedicure.  My nails aren't even cut straight unfortunately. On my first visit I took my daughter with me for a mom and me fun day. We had a really poor experience. After waiting a very long time after they told me there was no wait they set her, an 8 year old, in a separate area from me. It wasn't even busy at the time!The location of the salon is convenient which is the only reason I gave it a second shot. I didn't review it last time because I thought it was just an oddity. I guess not. I'll drive a little further for a better service experience next time. Read Less

It depends on the clinician. Some are great and others are horrible. Watch the pedicures to.make sure they pull out sterlized instruments because they don't always do so. They don't take criticism very well. They do what they want with your nails and not what you ask for. Anthony does give great pedicures.Read Less

I happen to know the owner, she is a great gal who makes sure that every technician fully understands what the customer wants. The best salon experience I have ever had. Hands down.I saw Amy, and we did pink/white full set, a pedicure and eye brow waxing all in 1 hour and 40 minutes. And it's THE BEST mani pedi I have EVER had.I will only ever go here. The salon is sleek and beauty, It's very calm and relaxing. You receive a free glass of red or white wine or water with your service! I had this nail salon rated at 5 stars initially, but then my nail/polish chipped in less than a week, since they didn't cut my nails short enough and I didn't notice. Other than that, which I also attribute to the lack of fans to fully dry off your polish, this was a great experience! The bestie and I came in for a pedi after a long day of walking at Universal Studios. We opted for their Deluxe Pedicure (w/Hot Towel, Cooling Gel, Foot Massage, $35, yelp.com/user_local_phot…), which was perfect. They didn't short us on the foot massage, and it was nice to have scented bath crystals for your feet. You can choose from 6-7 different scents, and each correlates with something, such as relaxation, etc. I ended up with Lemon, which smelled really nice. They are very sanitary and use a plastic bag to cover the water basin, which is much appreciated. They also had a good selection of colors to choose from, and the salon is very clean. This is one of the best nail salons we've been to in this area, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Florida! I just hope they decide to add some fans to fully dry off your polish in the meantime. Parking was easy since they have a big lot in this plaza. Read Less

Another amazing visit. Pedicures no call walk in. Seated and feet in the nice hot water within moments. Glass of wine and the refreshing "ocean refresh" off the spa menu.
