Awesome liquid gel set and hot stone pedicure from V.  After two years, I have finally found a salon I will absolutely go back too.  She took her time which I appreciated.  They are perfectly symmetrical.  Most places don't pay attention to this and it drives me crazy.  Tons of gel color choices and very pretty salon.  Everyone was super friendly.  I will definitely be a lifer.  Thank you Hali D Salon for a great experience. I went to this salon for the first time yesterday.  I called to make an appointment earlier in the day, the receptionist put me on hold several times before finally giving me an appointment.  I arrived for my appointment, and the receptionist looked at me blankly, gave no greeting and I had to wait 10 minutes before I was told that I could go to the pedicure chair.  I waited several more minutes before someone finally came to start my pedicure.  When I was finished I heard the receptionist tell the nail technician that I would have to wait 10 minutes for her to check me out because she was washing someone's hair.  I could understand waiting if there were alot of clients there, but there were only two other people there.  Their customer service is not up to par, I would hate to see how it would be if the salon had been crowded. Came in on a Sunday with no appointment. Walked in at 9:50 and they open at 10. Told me they could take care of my mani pedi. The next woman that walked in they said it would be until 11:00. So I would recommend making an appointment. I tried calling twice before I went and it went to voicemail each time. Later I found out on Sundays they don't have a receptionist right now so nail techs have to answer phones when they aren't with clients. I had fern for my mani pedi and she was very good. She was nice and kept a little bit of a conversation going. I didn't personally love how she shaped my nails but I asked for square and that's what she gave me. She's very good at polishing so if you're in for just a polish change I would recommend her. 3 people tried to get me to do a more expensive service (like gel manicure) and each time I said no. It was just annoying because I think everyone comes in knowing what they want and I don't want to be bothered with paying more than what I asked for. The decor is very nice. Its a bit tacky with the chandeliers but it's a salon and it looks like one. It's super clean. My nail tech was Hispanic and was easy to talk to. I really  liked her. However we had lost the polish I picked out for a few minutes. She was very nice and looked for it a bunch of times for me. I had asked another nail tech if she moved it and she kept saying no no I didn't touch it. She didn't move it. It was the man. But the lady was a bit rude about it Read Less

"Hali D" is a full service salon, from head to toe, and they do it well. My go to nail salon for mani/pedi, and I usually have NextGen applied. Wonderful atmosphere, and there is free valet parking which I haven't needed yet, but I go early in the day before Carmine's and the restaurants get busy. I have regular pedicures with long lasting results. I like the relaxing atmosphere. I treated myself to a Facial, with the very experienced european expert on staff. I don't hesitate to let them know if I have any particular need, as they are of the attitude that the customer is high priority. I had a pedi, which was fine. Then I had NexGen applied to my nails... It was supposed to be a manicure, but there was no soak, no cuticle cleanup, and she wanted to use the rotor tool on my bare nails- that is a huge no no- it's so bad for  your nails. I stopped her from using it on my bare nails and I should have just stopped the manicure right there. NexGen is supposed to last weeks and it is already lifting after three days. My mani pedi was $70 and a total waste of money.  Not to mention, I was there over two hours. I will never return. Read Less
