if I could put no star I would because I was getting my nails done for the first time In a while and this has got to be the worst experience of my life. I was getting the nexgen nails because they are supposed to be better. well the lady that did mine was horrible she filed right i to my pinky and when I told her about it she said oh sorry and kept on going on the same finger she had just filed a hole In. then she put alcohol on it and I almost punched her in the face while the lady next to me had a look of shock on her face. and not even a week later my nail breaks. so much for being better and stronger. I believe that they are but not from here. NEVER GOING BACK THERE I PAID $45 TO BE CUT AND MY NAIL TO BREAK NOT TO MENTION MY INDEX FINGER ON MY RIGHT HAND IS CROOKED. MY NORMAL NAIL IS NOT CROOKED LIKE THIS. N.E.V.E.R. G.O. H.E.R.E

I've been coming here for years. The service is always great, place always immaculate, and staff always friendly and professional. I've tried a ton of different nail salons in South Florida and have yet to find anyone who is quite as skilled as Ann at Eden Nails. Great place!

Tried this salon for the first time but won't be back. The people were nice enough. The skill level seemed to be a bit lacking. I was also told they have matching polish to the gel as I like to have the same color on my toes but they do not. My nails are not the same length, cuticles look awful, and my toes were just cut not filed so they are sharp and look awful. I did like the massage chairs though.

The BEST nail salon in Palm Beach Gardens bar none!!! I have been a loyal customer for 7 great years. Nancy & Ca Thuy are absolutely the best! Vicki and her staff are always kind and courteous. They are like family :) The salon is very clean, professional, accommodating, and gives a wonderful relaxing spa experience!! Very bad experience. Utensil and bowls were not clean the chemicals burnt skin off my fingers. When I shared with owner 2 days later she was rude and very offensive. To many nail boutiques to not have better service here. Will recommend never going to rude nasty nail salon.

I've been going to Eden for years. Consistently great pedicure. Also normally get a polish change. Lasts the longest in the area as far as I'm concerned. Have had acrylics and gel done here previously for special events and they were also great. Can usually sneak in as a walk-in without too crazy of a wait. Recommend to anyone who asks me where to go in the area.

I know they are sometime can be busy, and I understand because they do a really good job. If some people don't have an appointment they are alway ask them in a nice ways to come back later, they are responsible in their job and take time with every single clients. And if your are such an impatience person who doesn't have an appointment, then you are the one who doesn't let them to help you. Beside, if they are as horrible as you said, how could keep good business for the past three years.

The owner Kathy is horrible. She caters to the what is perceived to be wealthy and treats her ordinary repeat customers like crap. I returned the next day for a chipped nail for gel nails and she totally disregarded me as if I wasn't even standing there. Then after she threw her hands up as if I was getting on her nerves, while babbling on the phone. She said I don't have anyone to fix it right now. Really, being the owner and wanting to keep your customers you would think she would have said let me fix it for you. I apologize about the inconvenience. If I was one of her wealthy clients, which they make quite obvious how they jump for them. She would have fixed it immediately. She should remember, it's the little people to keep you in business also. Terrible taste left in my mouth.

I want to premise this with the fact that I have had my nails done for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible and unprofessional job done. Went here for a full set of Gel nails for a VERY special occasion and the woman had no idea what I meant (I was very clear 3 times) I guess she gave me acrylics instead with just a gel coating. Then she had the nerve to charge me more for leaving them longer. BIG surprise 2 nails broke 2 days later, then 2 more 4 days after that, then the rest on my BIG day. I went to try to complain and the owner didn’t even have the nerve to come out and speak with me. Wish I didn’t believe in Karma…….

I've been coming here for years. The service is always great, place always immaculate, and staff always friendly and professional. I've tried a ton of different nail salons in South Florida and have yet to find anyone who is quite as skilled as Ann at Eden Nails. Great place!

Tried this salon for the first time but won't be back. The people were nice enough. The skill level seemed to be a bit lacking. I was also told they have matching polish to the gel as I like to have the same color on my toes but they do not. Very bad experience. Utensil and bowls were not clean the chemicals burnt skin off my fingers. When I shared with owner 2 days later she was rude and very offensive. To many nail boutiques to not have better service here. Will recommend never going to rude nasty nail salon.

Have had acrylics and gel done here previously for special events and they were also great. Can usually sneak in as a walk-in without too crazy of a wait.
