Super horrible service the only good thing is I think greet you as soon as you walk in however it was horrible they did not ask what shape that I want they just assumed I want to square I paid $40 my nails are horrible they’re bulky they’re not smooth they’re not even in their thick they’re not even then if the dip powder was supposed to be natural look horrible job would never come back do not recommend this place to anybody all the reviews are lies
So the owner did respond to this and I’m responding back to where he did Return my $40 that I paid for my nails to be done correctly and he did give me a certification and supposedly offered me a dip manicure however money is not everything in this world simply They have no respect for my time because when I went back to get my nails soaked off by the owner the person that was supposedly new that did my nails did not even give me an apology why would I return to a salon where the worker never apologize for his mistake as if he thinks the nails were done correctly when they were not even if he was new he did go to school cosmetic school to learn how to do nails, Asked for the manager he needs to stop trying to cover up for his employees and he needs to tell his employees to show empathy for his customers and respect for their time and they need to also show the employees to apologize to the customer when their job is not satisfaction

This is my favorite place! The owners are amazing, both make sure you are fully relaxed and that you enjoy your experience. Since going to Andy my nails have grown and are healthier, not to mention they look great! Emily keeps the salon looking spotless. They are both just great people with an eye for business, creating the perfect salon!! :) I give them all 5 stars!

I live within walking distance so I'm so glad this place is nearby. It's extremely sanitary! All of the tools are sanitized and sealed before each use plus they have disposable plastic liners for the pedicures. The prices are very good too for the service they provide. You can even get wine! I brought my mom here for her birthday and she's hooked too.

I have been to numerous nail salons in the past 12 years or so and I must say that CACHET is one of the best nail services I have had. The salon is very clean and efficiently run. The service was very good and everyone was pleasant. The you g lady who did my nails had a limited command of English but I was told that upfront. I was directed to whom I could speak with if I had issues. I had no issues. She was outstanding at her job and I so appreciated the mini massage at the end of the manicure! cachet was an outstanding experience. I will definitely go again when I am in the are!

I came here a few days ago with a couple of friends from out of town and being a first timer I have to say this place is amazing! It is clean, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is unlike any other salons i've been to, no questions asked. I tried out the nexgen nails for the first time and it was beautiful! The staff was friendly and able to work around scheduling issues!My friends and I had such a great time here and i'll be coming back!

Cachet Nail Spa is an absolutely beautiful location! I went to get a manicure and pedicure today and the service was absolutely incredible! The staff is kind, friendly, and very professional. I took advantage of the complimentary drinks as well which they provide! I also had a chance to chat with the receptionist there named Emily and she was absolutely lovely! Very kind and welcoming to me and everyone who came in afterwards!I'm recommending Cachet Nail Spa to anyone who wants to get their nails done in luxury! I'll definitely be coming back!

All of the tools are sanitized and sealed before each use plus they have disposable plastic liners for the pedicures. The prices are very good too for the service they provide. You can even get wine! I brought my mom here for her birthday and she's hooked too.
