You gave my friend (Tiffany) a nail infection!!! She tried to communicate with you via Facebook and you blocked her page!!! Wtf!!! REFUND HER $$$$ She has sent photographic evidence of the toenail, doctors records, screenshots of all communication to Fair Trade Australia and they're currently investigating! Refund her $$$$ and she'll close the complaint! I don't know why she isn't seeking compensation for the 3 days she required off work due to the inability to wear enclosed shoes!!! I had to wait a while before being seated for a pedicure which wasn’t that big of a deal, but what bothered me was being charged $5 more than what their website says. I didn’t realize that until I got home, and when I did I was even angrier to learn the nail woman didn’t even use a topcoat! I just moved into the area and saw CT Nail salon while making a trip to Trader Joe's and decided to try it out. After a very long day I was very disappointed with my experience. The nail technician was very nice but the place didn't feel as clean and organized as I expected but I was ok with that. What really upset me was how much I was charged for my visit. I did not receive any hand massage or hot towel after my manicure and paid way too much for the very minimal experience. Today after the manicure I was asked to pay up front b4 the young fella would put on the polish !!!! What did he think - I was going to do a runner no one else was asked to do the same !!! This was the worst experience I have ever had!! After waiting 20 minutes the lady cut up my finger with the drill. She didn't even notice I was bleeding because she was talking so much! I had to interrupt her just to tell her she cut me! She then proceeded to spray my finger down with alcohol, wipe it with a towel, and tell me "that's ok" as she went back to her conversation! She had already started so I figured I would let her finish and just never go back. A lady walks in saying she wants her nails done before her lunch break is over. She has the NERVE to stop doing my nails and tells me that I need to wait another 15 minutes for someone else to do my nails because she wants to help the WALK IN just like me. She didn't have an appointment, I don't care who she was. I got my stuff and walked out. I went to Nail Fever on Northlake Blvd. They did a great job and it was cheaper. Utterly disappointed, inferior quality & service experienced here - within 2 days polish had drastically chipped & peeled, took a photo and called, agreed to come in the following weekend to resolve. When I arrived they spoke over me and argued to the point of bullying, I had paid an extra $10 for a specific effect so my request was simply to fix with a plain polish and refund the $10 as I did not want to risk the same thing happening - NO REFUNDS was yelled at me, to my astonishment they continued yelling, talking over & even tried to blame me - showed them ACCC website - and explained I will lodge a formal complaint as it is not an unreasonable request only after this did they agree. Iam a full time cosmotology student and full time makeup artist. Inspired to make my way in to the nail industry wanted to experience a nail dip but this time trying to grasp all i could from tge experience. Not knowing this would be the worst nail service i have ever had. I also im a soon to be mom and needed a pick me up. I come in deco looked amazing. Didnt have a appointment i hope i could be squeezed in. A gentel man said ok pionts at the colors. Whuch ment choose your color. I was excited and wanted to make the best choice. He said set so i bought the colors over with me. He said what color. And i quickly decided. His table wasnt cleaned or prep for my service He had no towel, or arm rest. I gave him the chance to see if he would realize. Nope.i asked will you be grabbing a towel. I dont have towel. What? He then grabs a small towel and throws it on tge table tag sticking up in front of me. Starts service i take a deep breath stay positive , i told my self. His work eithic was sloppy which reflected on his end result uneven and there gaps between my nail and my dip. Which can lead to infection. I was so disappointed i saud look at this. Glitter still all over my cutles and uneven. He saw nothing wrong. i requested to speack the owner. But she left for the day. I come here regularly and always have a great experience. I mostly stick to pedicures (I use my hands too much to spend the money to polish them). They always take their time, never skimp on the massage, and the nails always look nice and neat. Read Less

I've been 3 times and feel confident going back. Most importantly for me, the tool packs are sealed and everything is clean and single use. The techs do a good job and they are thorough with their work. I have had manicures and pedicures, no gel from this salon yet, but I saw someone having gel and it looked great. I went to a salon closer to my house recently and the  gel polish began peeling the next day. I'm a CT Nails fan and will return! Read Less

I came into this establishment hoping to have a great experience but left feeling annoyed. My companion was treated with respect and given a wonderful experience by Ken. She enjoyed his treatment. I was rushed, barely groomed and told that my message was bad because men do a better job.  She had an attitude and hurt me after I told her there was a problem with my bone. Visiting from Fort Lauderdale for the weekend and found CT Nails hidden in the shopping Center. Had a manicure and pedicure for $39 and it's worth it. I liked when you first walk in they have a room for acrylic nails, then room for regular manicures and the back room only for pedicures which makes the environment relaxing. For pedicures they wrap a warm vanilla bean head rest around your shoulders and at the end give about a 5 min massage as your toes dry! Overall great experience and I will be back. Read Less

This is not one of those high-end salons, but also not a hole-in-the-wall.  I happened to just move to the area and this was the second salon I tried in the neighborhood.  Nancy is REALLY great!  She does my waxing, manicure and pedicure -- I highly recommend it here and the prices aren't too bad either!They accept walk-ins, but I'd call ahead to make a reservation.  It's just easier sometimes.  Bonus: excellent massage chairs!
