I don't usually say negative things about businesses but today I had a very bad experience at this place. I don't normally go here to get my nails done but needed to go to a nail salon in the PGA area this afternoon. There were several problems. I heard a child of one of the nail techs crying a lot of the time(why was she even there??), my nail tech was obviously in a lot of pain (again, why was HE there??) and then my nail service took an incredible amount of time causing me to run late getting to an appointment. I sympathize with having to work while in pain but this simply did not work. I had to finally just demand to leave after 2.5 hrs there. Normally the 2 services I had done would take 1.5 hrs, tops. So now I still have to go to my regular nail place to get my nails finished. And then no apologies on top of that, just tried to plead that it takes such a long time to do "a quality job". Not good! Exactly what I needed. Got a regular mani/pedi, and eyebrow, mustache, sideburns, and bikini wax. Loved the pedicure with the hot stone rub/massage. The waxing was just right, was not too hot. Did not have any burn marks the next day. The only thing that bothered me a little (if at all) was that the manicurist was trying to sell me a nail product (like gel or acrylic) for the next time. I come in. She told me it was good for my nails and the color lasts about 3 weeks. However we all know, as pretty as nails look when you put these products on, they always weaken your nails. Best place to get a pedicure. I had recently moved to the north Palm area and received a coupon in the mail so I decided to give it a try. So happy I did. I had been coming here for a couple of months now and no other salon can top this place. Basic pedicure includes scrub, lotion massage and hot stone typically 45 minutes to 1 hour pedicure.
