I wish I could give zero stars for this nail salon. I would advise anyone that needs anything at all done to never come into this place. I was quoted One Price prior to getting my nails done, and then the price was doubled when they were finished. The man called himself CJ and would not listen to what I had to say. He kept telling me prices of different services and adding them up, but they were not the prices that he originally quoted me. He blamed it on a girl not knowing the prices and said that he was just trying to make money. I even called prior to coming and got the same quote that I got when I first came in. Somehow threw out my stay and getting my services done, the price doubled. He said that sometimes you pay for mistakes, but when I pointed out to him that the customer is paying for his mistake he said oh well. Also, the manicure was not even performed very well. The filing was all misshapen and the polish is lumpy. I would never return to this place for anything whatsoever. Also, they didn't seem to be cleaning any of their instruments. I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this place. He continuously yelled and shouted numbers throughout the entire interaction and I ended up paying twice as much for my service as it was told to me and three times as much as it was actually worth. To the people who give one star on fumes.... salons smell hair nails even cosmetic. They do not smell like the salons that do not use ac and have doors open they have a filtration system. And I'm pretty sure it's not a coupon but a gift certificate. On my experience it's a small run salon but the staff is very friendly and personable I have been to the other ones and have to say I've been the most pleased with this one. Got here in the morning cause usually people don't head out early. Was amazed that they had people already lined up . And now I know why. They treat everyone like family . I'm new but I feel like they really care about you. Had many pedicure options and had to say the one I had really helped my sole, and heels. Feels amazing. I visit my family every couple months and all I can say is they truly live up to their name. They always have new stuff to try and make sure they do your nails right and treat you well. Every time I come back it's amazing that they always ask how things are and make me feel like family.. Always busy but they always make time for you. Nice waiting area with screen and ads. Read Less

This place is horrible. It's very dirty. To get a pedicure they do not use bags in the tubs. There were remnants of someone else's water on mine. Also the worst manicure I have ever had. The man, I believe is the owner missed half of my nail with the gel. When I mentioned it he said he fix it. His idea of fixing was to just file the side of my nail off. I asked him to please stop and just paint it and he wouldn't. He was way more interested in getting done with me when there for 5 women that just walked in. It was nice to be taken right away however upon closer look the shop is very cramped and extremely dirty. They use very cheap acrylic the powder was white quality acrylic powder is pink in color. They did not put cuticle oil on before I wash my nails my nails were extremely sloppy and not cleaned properly underneath. Also they're drying area is just a UV light no fan which I've never seen before and that was very weird. I'm from South Florida and I'm used to all different types of people however when I went to go over and dry my nails they were two snotty women sitting there. One of which almost refused to move her purse out of one of the chairs so I could sit down and dry my nails then proceeded to huff and puff so much for small-town hospitality! I'm very glad I do not live here full-time my husband and I bought a vacation country home here to get away from the city but it's been my experience people in the city are much nicer. Slightly better than super nails in front of walmart, but it would prolly be best just to go out of town. It looks like they decorated the whole place with stuff from other run down salons. This place is great!! Everyone speaks english, even to eachother. It is very clean, everyone is friendly and prices are good too. They really listen to what you want and try to do anything they can to make sure youre happy. I had an issue with my nails and i went back the next day and they fixed it, no problem or questions. I was very impressed at how they handled my situation. Go to Ann, she is great, she really pays attention to detail. However, Alex does a half fast job. Nail Time & Spa, well what else can i say than, excellent! My sister and our daughters first stepped into Nail Time today, because they;re new to town. We were greeted and felt at home, they definitely took like 10 years of stress away!!! Services were luscious and i wouldnt think of going anywhere else now.
