I have been to many nail salons for acrylic nails and this is by far the worst place I have ever been for acrylic. I had to go back three days after they put a new set on because almost every nail was fraying or pulling up on the sides. They were nice enough to fix them, but they turned an odd yellow color and started breaking less than a week later. I can normally wear my acrylics for three weeks before a fill. It has been two weeks and I have broken 4 of the acrylics. I have been getting acrylics for around 4 to 5 years and I have probably broken nails maybe 5 times in that span. I have broken 4 off of this one set. I will not bring my business back to this salon. I forgot to mention that I was cut, my nail was filed into the pink, and I was burned with gel polish overlaying my acrylics and never once received an apology. I've had salon makes mistakes like this before and I completely understand that it happens, but 3 painful things is one trip? The prices here would be reasonable if they were good at their job. Very disappointed with my first and only experience at My Nails.  For a mani/pedi (Spa level-their basic service), $40 PLUS, extra $5 for gold polish on my toes.  In addition, the selection card said a glass of wine with every pedicure.  Neither my Mom nor I were offered advertised wine (or even water for that matter).  Finally, my technician did not try to engage me in conversation or even ask me how I wanted my nails shaped. Charges extra for what I thought was always included - callous removal! I have had a lot of pedicures and have never been charged extra!  Also, I had a brow and lip wax.  Just once, I would like for somebody to actually remove all the hair!  The technician didn't bother to show me what she had done, nor did she check to see if all the hair was gone.  No, I sit in my car and finish tweezing hair from my brows and upper lip!  I won't ever go back.
