They rush through everything! With acrylic nails twice I’ve been nicked with the drill and 2 times my nails were lumpy due to the incorrect application of the gel polish. I noticed they wash their wine glasses with soap next to the sink (that is for hands) and they don’t even use a sponge! They are also expensive. Designs are nice tho. Read Less

Tammy does an AMAZING job on lashes! She uses glue that does not burn or irritate the eyes. Her lashes typically last 3-4 weeks. I'm Getting several compliments daily on my lashes. My first time in the salon and I was not impressed. The pedicure was sloppy. The manicure was downright awful. The male tech drew blood when doing my cuticles. He also left my nails uneven and jagged. When I asked that they be evened out he made a half-hearted attempt at doing so. Eventually one of the ladies stepped in to assist, but by that point they were beyond short. So disappointed. Went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure looked horrible. Parts of my toe nails weren't painted and there was excess polish on my skin. My gel manicure was even worse. It looked as if I had tried to give myself a gel manicure and it went terribly wrong. My nails weren't cut evenly, we not filed properly, and the gel polish itself was not applied evenly. Really disappointed in my pedicure. My pedicure look beautiful. I got a French pedicure. It was my first visit to the salon. I always go to a salon at work during lunch. My pedi usually never chips, the white just wears down and i need to get it redone at sbout 4 weeks. Here, my pedi chipped on day 3. It's been 1.5 weeks and I need to get them done. This salon cost me 2x as much too. Due to the convenience of being so close to my house, if my feet would have lasted for weeks like they do at the other Salon, I would actually pay twice as much period but I will never go to the salon again due to the poor quality. I've had better pedicures, salons that really took their time for you to enjoy it. This one lasted about 20 minutes and was pretty no-frills but the staff was nice and friendly. The prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of services. I'd go back if I needed a quick pedi and didn't have the time to visit my favorite spot. Read Less

My mom, sister and love this place. Staff is always super friendly and unlike alot of other places they dont charge you extra for a foot massage during your pedicure. Clean, friendly, and professional what more could you want? I would make an appointment if you are in a hurry, they are usually busy and there is a wait somedays. Everyone is super friendly when you first walk in.  I had a few different nail technicians do my nails and they are all equally good.  The thing I like most is they use new equipment for everyone each time.  And they don't try to get you to upgrade or ask if you want wax or anything you didn't go there for. Tried this place for the first time for a mani-pedi. The staff was pleasant enough, however, it felt as if I was on candid camera as they did the most sloppy job. It was as if they just went through the motion.  I went into get my cuticles taken care of. I am a guy so I didn't get polish and I just asked her again to take care of my cuticles because they were jagged. She didn't take care of it and I left with my nails in the same state as when I walked in. I asked her again and showed her and she spent 2 mins doing a little more then said ok. At that point I figured it wasn't going to get better and I would rather just leave and go some place else then get upset. I left her 20% tip said thank you and went on my way. Read Less

Got a gel manicure (not from the owner)  and two days later two of the nails just peeled off. Went in to get it correct and the owner was very nice and fixed the 2 nails. Another day went by and all of the other 8 nails started peeling off. I didn't have time to waste to go back again and have more issue with my manicure. I decided to go somewhere else. I feel they should have taken all the gel off and redid the whole manicure when I went in instead of fixing the two nails. I got a manicure on my birthday here and went with gel polish. My nail tech was Tommy. He was patient with me and my indecisive color picking. He did such a good job painting and they have plenty of gel colors to choose from. However, the massage that usually comes with a manicure consisted of him putting lotion on my hands. Then he told me to wash them and this was after the polish was done. So many hands were just as dry as before the lotion. I was going here for pedicures for about a year now and was happy for the most part.  They were inconsistent in the level of service especially the foot massage but overall they did a good job.  I have long natural nails that I maintain on my own and have for years.  They talked me into gel nails saying that the polish would last long.  After many conversations and me consistently asking if it would ruin my nails, which they said no, I went ahead and did the gel.  I didn't like the first color, it changed based on hot and cold, so I went back and had them do a French.  When I went back to get another manicure, they have to take off the old gel polish each time.  The girl could not get the polish off so she proceeded to chip it off with a tool.  I telling her she was ruining my nails; she insisted she wasn't and kept getting annoyed.  Needless to say she ruined my nails!  I had to cut off all my nails!  for the first time since I am a teenager I have no nails!  Be aware if you go here.  I also found out I have fungus under my big toe.  this has never happened to me.  The doctor said it is more than likely from my pedicures.  I would not recommend this place to anyone. This nail salon is PERFECT for all those Oviedo and Winter Springs girls who need to get a pampered pedicure or a manicure. I've been going to this mail salon for the last 13 years and the staff have become personal friends and I could not express in words how at home they make you feel or how genuinely sweet and caring they are! Phil and Tammy are just wonderful! For years I had my acrylic or gel nails done here and they always did an amazing job and Tammy has many clients who are extremely loyal because of her impeccable work and her kind demeanor ( you kind of want to enjoy being with the person who is going to basically hold your hands for the next hour while doing your nails!!!! LOL) ! I now get the new craze gel nail polish instead of acrylics and T&T Nails always have an array of hues to choose from. This nail salon also offers tanning, eyebrow waxing and threading and all other waxing services ( although I have never actually used the tannin beds here in 13 years..lol because I do not fake and bake). The pedicure chairs are newer and have all the massage settings you need! There are several pedicure packages to choose from and the deluxe package for pedicures is amazing! They use all New Skin products from head to toe ( they also have facial services) and they sell New Skin products as well. The New Skin pedicure products they use in the deluxe (& other pedicure packages) are amazing, they do an exfoliating treatment and a mud mask for your legs that leave them feeling fresh and tingly!
