John is your nail guy for anything and everything. However, the other employees do not polish nails wells, are too rough with their manicures and pedicures, and don't do a well job doing nails at all. They miss certain parts, leave gaps of nail unpolished between the skin and nail, cut your cuticles rough and make the skin bleed, and are in a rush with the massages on manicures and pedicures. I would request to leave my cuticles on, and they would keep questioning why and persuade me to cut my cuticles. It is not relaxing at all to get your nails done anymore. It is all about the money, not the quality of customer service. I plan on learning to do gel manicures on my own. Read Less

I went here last year with my mom and bridesmaids to get our nails done for my wedding and loved it. My mom and I just went and got our nails done earlier today and loved it again! The place is clean and is well priced. The staff is also very friendly and they do a wonderful job. Whenever I get my nails done again in the future I will be coming back here. :) Read Less

It's clean. But..... my nails look like I did them myself. Regular mani and regular pedi. The technician went too fast and too rough. I had her fix two painted nails. It would have been three but she didn't bother to ask if my toes looked okay and rushed me to the manicure station. I wasn't relaxed. She scraped my ankle over and over again with the scrub, and somehow missed my heels. Never again. Read Less

I haven't had acrylic nails on in over 7 years my daughter wanted to treat me with her first paycheck we went to a salon on red bug I didn't care for very much the guy was sick didn't have his face covered sneezing in his hands and wanting to do my nails needless to say I refused until he washed his hands as I am in the medical field and know a lot about germs. I went to the salon to get a fill two weeks later I wasn't very fond of this set of nails that I got on as some of them were very wide and very thick somewhere lopsided and somewhere thin .I went to Ovie nail salon and this gentleman had me sit down he looked at my nails and I told him my story about my nails he said I will fix it .So when he was done i was so happy they look like normal nails..I will be going back💅 Read Less

This place is amazing ! The staff is super friendly and the place itself is very clean. I've never had any complaints for this place and I've been coming here for about two years now. I went here on Friday for sns nails. Johny was the tech who attended me. Did my nails and charged $40 with tip extra. My nails started chipping off after 48 hrs. I went back to let them know what happened. He would not even look at me. The lady at the counter told me to go to him and show the nails. I was hesitant to go as he was attending a client and didnot want to disturb the client. But the lady insisted me to go there. When I went there he held my hands without even cleaning his hand with all the dust from the other client and said something to the lady sitting at the counter in his own language. Jhony speaks English but didnot say a word to me and asked the lady to tell me to come back at 5 pm as he is busy. This lady do not speak much English. At least he should have talked to me and asked me to come back at 5 pm I can understand. I came out of the shop and thought of talking to the owner of the place. When I called , Johny picked up the phone and will not let me speak at all and said that" YOU ARE NOT QUEEN". He didnot give me the owners number and asked me to call back next day and hung up the phone. Worst kind of behavior from the Person who should take care of the client. I had the worse experience at this nail salon today. I have been going there for over 5 months to the same guy (the owner) who has been doing my nails. Every time I had gone to him I took a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and showed it to him every time, and every time I left- it NEVER looked the way I wanted, and he would always has a excuse why it didn't look like the picture, so I wanted to try him one last time today and showed him a picture of what I wanted, again he made an excuse why it can't be that way. I pay over $30 for my refills every 2-3 weeks plus a $10-$15 tip and he could not get it right. I have 2 young kids, full time UCF student and work full time, so when I go to him I expect him to do it right the first time. My time is very important to me-after 30 min of filling and sanding down my nails and not putting the right color on my nails he got mad and told me "am too picky".Don't go there and have a male do your nails. Love this place. It was recommended to me second hand from my mother in law's stylist so I figured I would try it out. No regrets. Clean store and wax room. If you are getting a pink and white acrylic done, Johnny's your guy. I've gone there about three times so far and have had pedicures, pink and whites, and eyebrow waxes. The first time I went, they took me in even though it would mean going over their closing time (I didn't know it was going to be closing soon).
