My eyebrows are a bit too thick so I have to get them trimmed every now and then. Always go to natural beauty brows because they are the best. Okay so I've had about a hundred pedicures in my life, but I have never had one where they use the heat of the paraffin wax to massage your knees and legs before putting it on your feet. Wow! I was here as part of a bridal party, and it was stressful. After Lily's assistance, it was  like my tense knees were going through physical therapy after that pedicure and couldn't help but completely relax! first off, the workers should be employed only if they can communicate with the customers because I'm a foreigner as well but I can speak and understand perfectly but they can't which makes it very frustrating. second, they messed up my nails and took way too long to fix it and I still walked out with them being messy. my fingers are also in pain because they're not doing it right. additional to that, the prices are also very high. there's no communication between the employees and they all give different prices as if they're not one company. Not bad, just a nice little place in the mall for simple nails. I wouldn't go all out here, again, it's another typical mall-nail salon. They do their job, and as long as there isnt a line, they do it well. Average pricing. Read Less

I've been a customer of Natural Nails for about 10 years. They've always been very professional, clean and all of the employees are very friendly.  They are first come, first serve...no appointments. I used to come here forever when I was 5,6,7,8,9 ... 13-14 So as you can tell I have spent a lot of money So recently I went there wanting to get Sns nails done and bc no where really has it yet and after the man in the front told me 40 then the other man told me 45 dollars like what if I don't have the money bc I needed it for the tip. Bc it took me a year till I could get nails done bc of sports in all I've been waiting. When I finally got there is was 3:45 and they told me they were busy so I had to wait I was like ok but I have school tomorrow so I wanted to get in and out as soon as possible I come back at 4:30 which they told me. I didn't get my nails even started until 4:55 so I was already mad about that so before I sat down 3 people went in for manicures and they got started right away. Well other than the they have been fine but apparently the also screwed up my friends nails really bad to she refuses to go back and i might be thinking the same. And they said 40 dollars for a refill... excuse me I know what the cost is that you are too ridiculous if you think that's happening! Read Less

No chemical smell which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Nail tech cut me TWICE when doing my cuticles and the nail buffing. Gel polish was not evenly applied so my nails look worse than when I do them myself at home. I won't be going back. 😢 Read Less

I don't see how this salon and spa doesn't have 5 stars.. I've been coming here for an entire year consistently because their quality is THAT good. I only have to replace my gel polish every 3 weeks (and because my nails grow SO fast). I have yet to chip polish! Their pedicures are second to none, they open brand new packaging right in front of you so you know they are super clean! And they serve wine.. Hellllooo it's a no brainier! Plus their pedis are close to an hour long... So it's real relaxation! Stacey is the owner and does a FABULOUS job on nails!
