Getting a pedicure is a treat for me, so I only do it maybe once every 2 or 3 months, but when I do, I always come here. It is located in the mall in Oviedo. Its always well staffed and they offer lots of services. I usually get the sugar scrub pedi package that comes with sugar scrub, cooling gel, lotion, AND paraffin treatment! Which means you get, like 3 massages! This package also comes with wine! David, my nail specialist was so good, I nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed! I promise, it was only ONE glass of wine! One time I discovered a rough edge left behind that caused my color to chip, I went back the next day and they fixed it, no problem. I definitely recommend this salon, and I WILL be back! What a terrible experience!!! If you want to be treated fairly and professionally don't go to this place!!! The nail technicians are rude a discount all they do is talk in their language about the customers and laugh at them. Worst experience ever!! Will never return. My mom went here and had her eyebrows tinted for the first time. (And a full set) They blindly tinted them and then sent her on her way. My mom is very very blonde with blue eyes and very very fair skin. They tinted her eyebrows BLACK. I'm talking black like the blackest possible. She came to me distraught and I thought omg. My mom never does nice things for herself but wanted to look good for her grandsons first Christmas so did this. I sent her back twice to attempt to lighten them. She looks like a clown and paid over $40 for this procedure. It is AWFUL! They have no training in this at all so please run!!!! My mom literally went back 3 x trying to get it fixed and we ended up having to use a magic eraser to her face. We have a party of 12. We came here after being rudely treated by the other salon in the mall. A few of our group walked out with wet feet! We came here to Elite Nails and they accommodated us, laughed with us, went over and above in their service. We have a funeral tomorrow and this was a much needed bonding, good time. Terrible first time experience. Payed the most I have ever paid for a gel manicure and my nails started lifting in less than 24 hours. My cuticles were not cleaned up and polish was painted and left on my skin. I do not recommend. Read Less

Let me start off with the good, because that's how the experience went for me. I called to make a reservation for my grandmother and I to get mani/pedis before my brother got married the next day. They were able to accommodate both of us when we came in for our reservation. My grandmother got a mani-pedi with regular polish, I got a mani-pedi with french. I really enjoyed the massage and the experience as a whole. My mani took significantly longer because I asked her to do a little design on my hands, and the pedicure took longer too because my heels are rough, and she was thorough. My mother ended up coming to get my Oma because she had been waiting for me ~40min after she was done. Very affordable.I don't think she charged me for the adorable design she did with the french, my nails ended up being $40 and I tipped $20, since I had $60 budgeted and I was just so happy with how they turned out. SO FREAKING CUTE. I got a lot of compliments. The girl did a great job on my manicure and my heels looked better than they had in years.And now for the bad...cue 1 month laterTOE FUNGUS. On one of my big nails. Judging from some very unpleasant internet research, the timeline of the progression, the fact that this has never happened to me before, and that it's only one nail,  I think it's safe to say that this is where it originated. When I explained where I went to get my nails done to my mother in law, she cringed and mentioned she'd noticed toe fungus on her own nails a couple years back from this same salon. This is a review for Valentine's Day. I came in without an appointment and it was packed, yet I was seated immediately and asked what kind of nails I wanted. I don't consider myself a very girly girl so I was unsure of the nails and nail color. The gentleman that was doing my nails gave me a box of colors and told me to take my time. At first I loved the beige color but then decided on a color I'll call "Victoria's Secret Pink" for a gel nail. They were sooo beautiful and I loved the color, it stayed perfect on my nails for about 2 1/2 weeks- it was still beautiful and never chipped, except my nails started to grow rapidly. Came here on a Tuesday at around 2pm, which means it was super slow and quiet in the Oviedo mall. The mall itself is a bit underwhelming, but there were enough things in it to keep me entertained for a few hours while my mom got her hair colored and cut at the Paul Mitchell School. Parking is not an issue at this mall, and neither are salons. They seem to have between 3-5 salons in the small strip of mall alone and 2 nail salons. While waiting, I walked through the entirety of the mall... Twice... And noticed that there were 2 nail salons. One that looked super "spa-y" and had slightly higher prices and Nail Elite.Nail Elite was a bit more expensive for gels but I ended up just opting for a standard manicure since the price was only $12 ($15 at the other place). There was only one other client while I was inside. Jenny did an amazing job with my nails and I had such a great conversation with her. I seriously cannot recommend this place more highly. They are the nicest people, they are always great at anything you ask them to do. Wonderful manicure/pedicure deals, and they are the best game in town for friendly service and quality work. I love this place. They're also THE BEST at eyebrows and lip waxes.
